Will Definitely be back and tell everybody about this hotel! Derek Is SO Nice and helpful In every way, he made our company event very special, the ladies at the concierge desk “ Teresa & Lynn” they were both very nice and helpful. And the room was spacious and nice, great view outside overlooking the pool and Jacuzzi. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a nice quality hotel to stay five stars all around.

I stayed here because they gave a discount to attendees of a funeral that was in the area and using the hotel for their reception. It was clean and comfortable. The decor had a nice feel. It was very clean. The carpeting in my room looked new. The bed was comfortable but a queen size rather than full would have been nicer. I would have liked breakfast to be included and free parking. My room was on the opposite side of the freeway and you could still hear it but not loud.

We brought our entire team to stay for four nights and had a great experience every day and every night. The staff really makes the hotel very welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and a lot to offer guests for a great day. The hallways are bright and beautiful the rooms are Nice and big and the TVs are really big!! Very clean hotel and the restaurant stuff was amazing too. We will be back!!!

My best friend and I had a double date staycation with our boyfriends and it was a nice simple clean room. Honestly not much to do in the area so highly recommended renting a car to drive to other locations to visit or dine. My only complaint would be that housekeeping never arrived to come and clean our room so hopefully they will improve on that but otherwise it was a good vacation.

The location next to the I-5 made for easy access to travel out. Leaving the parking lot for the freeway can be tricky, as the traffic coming from the left side is kind of a blind spot. The ramp to the elevator lobby is not ADA compliant and very seep. Anyone with mobility needs to take this into consideration when booking your rooms. Our room did not have a full size mirror. Only mirror in room was in the bathroom, only to view your upper body. Pool is not heated, but they have a hot tub. Hotel does not have a gym or laundry room. It's dog friendly. For the price point depending on the month, this hotel is OK. Overall, it's clean.

The former Hills Hotel, now Voco Hotel, has officially become my go-to local stay, thanks to the exceptional service from Brandon at the front desk. He made check-in seamless and welcoming, greeting me by name and being well-prepared for my arrival. I feel confident I can ask him any quick questions about the hotel or the area. Brandon is professional, attentive, and personable, with great eye contact and a genuine effort to listen to my preferences. He even noted them for my next visit—truly outstanding service!

I stayed one night at the recently refreshed VOCO hotel. The public areas such as the lobby, pool, bar and restaurant were very clean and attractive. Hotel, bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive.

The room was nicely refreshed with new carpet and some new pieces of furniture. One downside is no electrical outlets near either side of the bed. An alarm clock had two USB ports but no outlets. If outlets are needed for a CPAP machine or electronics, then pack an extension cord and plan to stretch it across the room.

The shower pan looked new and was made of white plastic. It was squishy to walk on and was uneven, so water pooled in the corners away from the drain. The corners of the shower door track were moldy and caked in mineral build up.
