I had the most wonderful experience at VJB Winery while celebrating my and my mom’s birthdays with our group! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel right at home. Our host, Kim, was fantastic – she not only took the time to educate us on the wines but was also incredibly patient and attentive to our needs.

Maria, the owner, personally checked in to make sure everything was perfect, and her kindness truly stood out. Mike, the vice president, even came to our table to introduce himself and ensure we were enjoying our visit, which was such a thoughtful touch.

The staff around our table were always making sure we were comfortable, especially since the sun kept shifting and making things a bit tricky. They were so considerate and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time there.

The wine was so good – each pour was amazing and complemented the food perfectly. The deli staff were equally friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the ribs and pizza – they were incredible. The winery itself is stunning, with an atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in Italy.

We were so impressed that we became members, and we can’t wait to return! I highly recommend VJB Winery to anyone looking for a memorable experience with excellent wine, food, and service.

We walked in through a beautiful entrance with a huge fig tree and many lemon trees heavy with fruit. VJB Cellars was kind enough to do a seated wine tasting for us with 6 types of wines even though we didn’t make a reservation. We bought some delicious small bites from the well-stocked deli bar to go with the amazing wines. Too engrossed tasting and listening, forgot to take pictures of our wines which were gone really quickly 😂 Look for Bo, our very passionate host who helped us walked away with useful information. The gelato shop carries the best flavours. Love this place, we will definitely be back!

What a great find. Did lunch and tasting as well as had gelato. The whole team seemed to really love serving the visitors. Our tasting was done by Bo and he was fantastic and very knowledgeable on the wines and business. Wines were excellent. Would definitely recommend this winery!! Even met the patriarch Vittorio.

The venue and service is nice. The staff was friendly. The tasting pours for our group went a bit slower than we'd like and they do not comp any tastings for buying wine. At least that's what someone in our group was told. I can tell the wine is well made but I do not enjoy Italian varietals.

What a wonderful place! This was the second time for us in Sonoma and loved visiting VJB Cellars. The wine is excellent and the food is so so good. They have a lovely plaza where you can enjoy the wine and the food under the California sun. The service is number one. If you go to Sonoma, visit VJB Cellars. You will be so happy to be there.

Well done!!!! You saved the day! Every place we went was closed for lunch. Our mother turned 95, can you believe it.
You have a beautiful, miniature piazza that reminded her of our visit to Italy. A warm welcoming and very attentive staff. The food was perfect. I cannot recommend this establishment enough.

We got a free tasting with our stay at the Gaige house. Very good wines. We bought a bunch to take home. Because it was a slow day we were able to sit outside and enjoy our wines. Then we noticed the pizzas being served and now we have to go back for those.
