DO NOT BOOK HERE! It's not a safe or sanitary place to stay. There's a ton of homeless people and drug addicts roaming around. The rooms are so filthy, as if they never bothered to clean anything. My room didn’t have a working shower and toilet, and to make things worse, someone else’s belongings were still there. The front desk will lie directly to your face, to your bank, and take your money without a second thought. This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. In fact, it's so bad I'm surprised they're still in business and haven't gotten into any trouble.

Location and price as expected. Made it great considering it was late at night and needed a place as an unexpected expense. Man at window was decent but nothing to write home about.

Rooms are disgusting. Floors dirty. You can check out my pics. But was greatful (after checking out bed for bugs! There were none!) That we had a place to crash. There were people hanging out in parking lot staying in their cars. Looked like it was long term. People up walking around all hours of the night. But again was greatful they had a room.

This place is GHETTO and I am from East LA so my expectations aren't all that high. The room had holes in the doors, the bathroom mirror was FILTHY, the walls were covered in dirt, and the room smelled. I didn't even check out the bed, I turned around and walked out. I went to check out within 5 minutes of checking in and they offered me a refund. Being that they were willing to work with me I wasn't going to leave a bad review, however for some reason they were unable to reverse the funds back to my debit card. They said they would contact the bank and call me back. They called me 2 days later to tell me that their bank says my card was never debited, but there's clearly a charge for Vista Inn in my list of transactions. They said they'll call the bank and call me back. They never called back. I called the next day and was told that they never charged me, again, a blatant lie. I decided to open a claim with my bank since these funds went SOMEWHERE (again, transaction clearly says vista inn), and they are going to handle it for me. Do not book this place if you can avoid it. The pictures are a lie and the ratings are way too high for what it actually is.

If Nothing else read the other reviews. There's nothing else I can really say. I should have read them.So read their other reviews. Places an absolute crap hole. Shower head was ripped out of the wall. My room didn't have a remote and the hostess didn't come and give me it till like two hours later. I left a day early qnd thr staff Refused to give me my money back or refunding a day. Botg nights, all the tenants were screaming and yelling first night There was a massive party going on right second night. There was a knocked down drag out, drag out fight for about two hours after midnight. If i somehow got abducted by aliens, fought off the aliens, and then started an intergalactic war, and as I fled they shot my space ship and my spaceship malfunctioned, and I went back in time and then got captured by the aztecs, and then they wanted sacrifice my family to the Aztec gods or make me stay here: I'd kiss my family goodbye because I i would never come here in a million billion trillion years ever again.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! First room I go to was filthy. Still dirty from the previous people staying there. Trash all over the place. Second room they give me smelled like cigarettes and mildew. Holes and stains in blankets. Bugs all over the restroom and the shower curtains hug WITH ZIP TIES. Tried getting a refund but couldn’t.

Absolutely horrible service, No Useable Peep hole for safety, Dishonest rude employees, Ghetto rooms, Overpriced, No internet, Definitely not kid friendly or safe, I Was SHOCKED trying to plug something in & went to a hospital, What's to like at all? Nothing.

This was one of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever visited. The sheets were covered in stains, there was grime on the walls and floors, and homeless people were coming and going to different rooms at late hours of the night. Avoid if all possible.
