Stopped in for dinner with a visiting family member. Ordered the 16” buffalo chicken pizza, it was enough for 3 adults. Pizza was pretty good, I love blue cheese but that was the only thing I could taste. Needed more buffalo tang. Service was fast and friendly, few and far in between trips to check on us… so good thing we were ok. Ample seating with 2 large dining areas and a little room in case you had a private event. Overall, nice quality restaurant to have in Amery and has been a Main Street staple for a long time.

Always great service and friendly staff. Food is always very good! The pizza is delicious and one of my favorite sandwiches is the Rachel. Also the fish fry on Friday night is fabulous! I would definitely recommend you so in. It's a hometown gem!

Visited mid week for dinner as we didn’t feel like cooking, opted not to call ahead for a reservation which was fine as they were fairly empty. Greeting by the hostess could have been a bit friendlier. We had the Buffalo Pizza, bit of an overkill on the Blue Cheese but the crust was perfect. Will visit again.

My sister & I were out, enjoyed a GF chicken Alfredo pizza. Best GF pizza crust I/we have had!
Server was not knowledgeable on gluten free but I had called ahead. Once it got busier, server did not stop to see if everything was okay, needed anything, etc. Definitely will go back!

The last few times I have had the crab legs on Friday night they are way over cooked and to salty to eat. They should be steamed not boiled in salt water! Also maybe turn the four ceiling fans off so food doesn't get cold as soon as it hits the table

The pizza we got was definitely overcooked/burnt, so it was hard to discern any flavors other than the blackened crust. Also, the cheese-to-toppings ratio was off. While it’s hard to find a bigger fan of cheese than myself, I must say that the amount of cheese was a bit much, so it felt somewhat greasy. That, combined with the burnt crust, made it rather difficult to enjoy the toppings.
We asked to have the tomato sauce on the pizza replaced with their Alfredo sauce, and apparently substituting the base sauce is an additional $3, which is excessive, in my opinion. This is a 1:1 replacement, not an additional sauce request. Most places I’ve been to will gladly do something like that free of charge.
We also got the chicken wings. I was skeptical at first, since the website states it’s six wings for $14, which is expensive. However, we were pleasantly surprised to get about a dozen wings instead. I don’t know if this was a mistake in our favor or if the information on the website is incorrect, but we were glad to get more wings for the same price. The wings were so so, a bit dry at times.

We ordered Cheese Curds, Patty Melt Burger and Calzone pizza. Patty Melt and Calzone tastes average. Cheese Curds taste below average. The server talked with an attitude all the time. Gave response to our question on her way back to the kitchen. Never planning to go back to this restaurant as the overall experience was not positive.

This afternoon, Derek, my husband, and I were permanently banned from this location that I had been going to since I was a very young child.

Derek and I went to the restaurant to enjoy a meal together; something we haven't done in a while. My mom attempted to order a pizza to-go via calling the restaurant once we were close to finishing our meals.

My mom called the waitress TWICE and the waitress kept telling my mom that Derek and I weren't at the restaurant, despite us still sitting there, picking at our plates. Apparently, there had been a slight miscommunication, causing the waitress to become annoyed, irritable, and angry with us and my mother. As I heard my mom call her a third time, I raised my voice a little and said, "We are right here!" The waitress screamed at me, "You do NOT talk to me like that!" She continued to bicker with us and was extremely rude to my mom on the phone. My mom, still on the phone, heard her yell at us and texted us, "Just leave, I heard her yell at you." Upon seeing the rudeness of their hostess, another couple at another table got up and left before ordering.

We got up to pay our bill and leave and the waitress continued to be extremely rude. She was mad at us for the miscommunication. She snarked at us to be nicer to wait staff. Derek retorted, "You're in a customer service job, maybe you should be nicer to your customers." And instead of taking the constructive-criticism, she told us never to come back and that we are banned from the restaurant. I'm assuming she thought we were kids because my ELDERLY MOM was trying to get something ordered. The waitress kept calling us children despite my husband being 30 and myself 29. The waitress made the excuse of being swamped, stressed, and she didn't want to deal with customers. Besides us, there was a total of 3 other tables she was waiting on, and most of them had already received their food long before we even arrived.

This was an extremely unprofessional encounter and I highly advise this location's upper management to look into hiring a better, more qualified waitress that won't run off customers because she cannot handle a customer service job in respectable manner.

I would like to receive a call from corporate, upper management, or someone who can aid my husband and I in reporting this very unprofessional encounter.
