Our favorite pizza place in the PNW. Grew up near Chicago and this sauce is closest I can find that reminds me of Chicago pizza. 2 seating areas restaurant area for families and bar area for adults. The side salads are super good...homemade Ranch dressing is super delicious...wish I could get the recipe! Staff is always super friendly and efficient.

This place brought back so many memories. Walking in the smell of fresh dough is pleasant and instills confidence that the quality of the pizza will exceed expectations. I wasn't wrong. Seeing the stone ovens took me back to ones of my first Jonas working at a Mom and Pop Pizza joint in early college. I knew between the scent when walking in, and seeing those beautiful ovens, this place was going to be special. Again, correct. My only critique would be the salty shrimp taking away from the pizza I ordered and promptly consumed. On my permanent list for pizza in the area! If you are visiting or have visitors coming, great place, great location, great pizza!

This is some of the best pizza I've ever had!!! I ordered to-go in the restaurant and then waited in the bar. Had a great glass of Shiraz. Should've just ate my pizza there with a second glass of wine. It was a great atmosphere!!!

We have never been to Anacortes before and chose this place for lunch and Phil went above and beyond with great service and even better food! Definitely a fun spot if you’re from out of town and want an eatery that is going to make you feel welcomed and taken care of. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town!

Nice place to be. I would definitely love to go again. I was expecting to have some local beers. If they could add it. Overall a great experience.

I don't think any pizza will ever compare to Village Pizza. Anytime I go home to Anacortes and visit the first thing I do is get pizza and salad from Village.
Their salads are the best with the sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and seasoning on top and the lettuce is always fresh and crispy. I order the same pizza every time and it's always perfect. The ingredients are fresh, their sauce is amazing, and they don't skimp on their toppings, cheese included. Their food is great whether you dine in or take out, It doesn't make a difference. I still feel like I get just as much salad in a takeout box that I do when I'm dining in.
Their prices are pretty high, but prices are high everywhere, so I can't hold back any stars just because of that. You get what you pay for.
Village will always be my favorite pizza place, and I hope they always stay in business, in Anacortes.

Village Pizza in Anacortes was our lunch destination today. We ordered two large pizzas, a sandwich and a salad.

The food: we ordered the 'old town' which came with red sauce, cheese, sausage and mushrooms. The crust at Village Pizza is one of the best I've had in a while. Thick, yet crispy, it is delicious.

The 'old town' hard a great taste and had lots of mushrooms (as requested) while the 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni was well liked by the kids. The sandwich was large and enjoyed by the kids and the salad was large with lots of fresh vegetables.

The atmosphere: the restaurant reasonably clean with freshly cleaned tables and a nice, clean restroom.

The thing that prevents the score from being higher is just that, while it's good, it wasn't anything extra special. I'm tough on scores so please don't think this review means you shouldn't visit, you should.
