we were planning to stay at a holiday inn that was supposed to be in everett, washington, but we couldn't find it, so we just took the exit that said "lodging", and found village inn and suites. it was a bit tucked away down a side street, but they had a big sign, so we saw that. We were tired from a ton of driving in a snowstorm. They allowed us to take a room that would allow us to see our car parked outside. We were surprised that the low price included a desk with a lamp and a chair, an easy chair to relax in, the bed of course, and another dresser on which was a tv, and something to set your luggage on. It felt so accommodating! The bathroom had a separate room for the toilet and the tub. I took a bath and the water was nice and hot. The proprietors were very friendly and nice, and seemed to care about our needs. They don't offer a breakfast, but coffee was in the room as well as in the reception area. We decided we were so pleased, we stayed there again on our way back, and they gave us the same room we had before. Turns out that other motel was in the exit after this one, so it was like God had led us here, so we would be refreshed and rested.||This place is clean, quiet, and a very good value for the cost, which is comparable to motel 6 or super8, but not crummy like those other places are. And I was not paid anything for my good review; they deserve it!

My wife and I liked our four night stay recently. The hotel is very clean, the staff (owners?) Sam and Sarah were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The place is accessible and close to the freeways, casino, grocery stores, shopping outlets and dining places. The only thing that prevents me from giving it a perfect score is because it is next to the railroad tracks and trains are noisy when they pass by the area. Otherwise, it is great value and experience for the price.

The front desk claimed they had to replace the pillowcases and bedding from my damage deposit before I had even checked out of the room they hadn’t cleaned yet. on a bed I hadn’t used! They could not produce the linens and didn’t refund me.

The price is very reasonable, and the location is great. Walking distance to stores, casino, restaurants, etc. The rooms are very clean, and they are large. I highly recommend this place if you need to stay over in Marysville!

Positive: Easy locati0on to find. Negative: Staff was not even an iota of friendly. Most of the parking was in the back but the only back door was locked from 6:00 PM until 6:00 AM, creating a long walk around the building. The mattress in my room was very uncomfortable. I need more space to con

The night staff that checked us in was nice and the bed was comfortable. But website says has coffee and breakfast...it does not. Our coffee maker didn't work. We were outside and the morning staff lady went into our room...without permission. We had our service dogs in there. Lucky she didn't get bit. The place was pretty run down for the price. Glad it was only 1 night...Will not be back.

Out of the 3 people that work the front desk 2 are not very friendly the night guy is even very grumpy and rude 100% of the time and the woman always seems stressed out and makes you feel like she doesn't like you but Sam makes up for them and some. He is very sweet and genuinely cares and will go out of his way to take care of their guests. Most of the housekeeping staff are pretty nice and helpful but Beverly definitely stands out as the friendliest. She's good at her job and cares about people and it shows. (I have spent a lot of time here)

The bed was ok, the pillows were hard as rocks, there was barely any water pressure in the shower and the manager or whatever she was, is the type of person that if you get one stain on the sheets, you don't get your deposit back.
Thank goodness for extra blankets we had in the car, I was scared to even sleep under the sheets, I will never be going back here.
