I booked room with a request to check in between 10pm and 11pm, and to have a handicap accessible shower. I received a reply confirming all accommodations would be met but upon arrival I had to wait outside and ring bell multiple times for service. Once checking into my room and unpacking some things I found a very very large dead cockroach in what appeared to be a very clean room. With no other option and no refunds available I decided to stay in my 200$ cockroach, no staff motel room. Went outside to smoke a cigarette and was greeted by a friendly cat who immediately led me to the back parking lot to show me her 2 dead kittens who had been there idk how long. What a horrible traumatizing experience. Will not be going back not even if u paid me to.

We stayed here a couple weeks ago as a stopover on a longer road trip. We’ve had some bad experiences with privately owned hotels (as opposed to the big brands like Hilton or Marriott) so we weren’t sure what to expect. We were so pleasantly surprised. The rooms are freshly renovated, and absolutely spotless, with comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.

These features alone make it a bargain for the price, but the real highlight is the staff. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were so accommodating in every way. The Villa Alamari is far more like a boutique hotel than a roadside budget motel.

There’s also a market and restaurant next door which smelled divine! Every possible thing we may have needed was covered. We will absolutely stay here again.

The room was clean but they do not provide any housekeeping service. We had to make the beds and clean up ourselves. They only provided towels and removed the trash. I won't be staying here again.

EDIT: I called the front desk to inquire about housekeeping. This is when I was told there is no service. He had a chance to offer housekeeping but he didn't so it's not as though I didn't give them the opportunity to make us happy. This is clearly a terribly managed hotel. And based on the response, the owner is clearly a crybaby.

No money no room

So I have to click (high tech)and (safety) in order for them to post the review
But if you can escape and rent a room somewhere else do it

I'd like to personally mention the hotel manager. I didn't get his name (Wish I did!) Because he was incredibly accommodating! I needed an extra early check in (7am) and a later check out (12pm) and he graciously was able to accommodate me! The price for the room is reasonable- smelled clean, large room with a small kitchenette, equipped with a microwave, 2 sinks, plenty of cabinet space if needed, closet space, and a coffee maker with pastries. My 2 complaints would be that the walls are thin, so you can hear people and the plumbing and the bed (for my preference) is too firm. I don't think they're actually mattresses but more of a firm foam material. My back was sore, but again, it could be a preference thing. Besides that, I will most likely be staying here again!

The room was pleasant. Loved the decor and the simplicity of it. My only concern was that the mini fridge freezer was stuck and I couldn't figure out why until I finally got it open and I was just shocked. But other than that it is quiet except when it's morning time and you can hear everyone's footsteps from upstairs and everytime the house keeping cart went by it was like are they going to barge in because it was just very loud.

Stayed at this hotel for a family function over the past weekend and this hotel was at a great location. The rooms are clean and have a coffee/tea station and even provide a bag of popcorn. Overall great experience.
