Sad to read all of these negative reviews...i guess everything has
a time...back in 1988, this place was a very good place to live, specially for students going to EDCC, i rent a 2 bed appt for 2 years. no issue at that time, the Manager Mr David, was a great person. I am a Muslem and he was a Jew , he was taking care of this place very well. if someday i get a chance to pass by there this will be the place to stop and see.

Five years ago, my family and I lived there for about a year. Everything was falling apart, quite literally! The bathroom sink cabinet door, just by touching it fell off, the fire director would ring for the slightest level's of smoke, even though it it wasn’t that close to the kitchen. The stove exploded multiple times and they didn’t fix it until a week later. There was dynamite moss growing in every corner of the rooms, even on our furniture! And all the humidity stank was penetrated on our cloths and furnitures. The upstairs neighbor’s were very noisy, and times they’d leave their water running and it leaked through the roof onto our children in that room, and wouldn’t fix things until weeks of notice! Horrible service! Horrible living conditions! Might as well live under a bridge in a cardboard box for free! If we had the option to give negative stars, we would.

Ps. They ripped the fire director off the ceiling, and wanted to charge us for it

Everything people are saying in the reviews about this place is true. I went with an old bf to look at the rooms...MOLD EVERYWHERE in the bedroom. This was years ago.I had to walk by this place today...dumpy around the office. City should be looking into the managers sounds like. According to one person this place is "Little Mexico" uh...not everyone is Mexican, but yes, there are several Hispanics. And no that's not a negative like the reviewer seemed to be saying. I'd gladly live with Hispanics.

They're ok apartments. I believe a home is what you make of it! Landlords are ghetto, calling uncalled for names, all I can do is feel sad for them as they must be miserable people
