Booked two flight through this agency and only got one . Horrible service, never got our connecting flight and never got a call back from agency. I’ve never been through such a mess and miscommunication, our trip is ruined and I’m having to spend MORE money!! This is by far the worst agency I’ve ever encountered with and to top it off we were charged a ridiculous amount of money for the agency to “purchase our tickets “ that apparently don’t exist after talking to customer service of the airline!
