We recently had the pleasure of staying at Verde Ranch RV Resort, and I can confidently say it was an amazing experience! As full-time RVers for the past six years, we've visited many resorts, but Verde Ranch has quickly become one of our favorites.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the luxurious amenities and well-maintained facilities. This resort truly has everything you could think of—whether it's a sparkling pool, modern laundry facilities, or beautifully landscaped grounds, they’ve thought of it all.

What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring we had a memorable stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, which added a personal touch to our experience.

The location is also perfect, offering a peaceful getaway while still being close to local attractions. We found plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities, making it easy to immerse ourselves in nature.

Overall, our time at Verde Ranch RV Resort was nothing short of spectacular. We will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a top-notch RV experience. If you're seeking a blend of luxury, comfort, and incredible service, look no further than Verde Ranch!

We’ve stayed here multiple times, and it never disappoints. The resort is always clean and well-maintained with a nice community center and it's just an hour north of the Phoenix area, making it an easy escape from the city.
Our kids always have a blast here—running around, playing outside, and actually enjoying the fresh air instead of being glued to their screens. It’s a great family-friendly atmosphere, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

Top notch RV resort. Met all of our expectations and beyond. Grounds are well kept and felt safe staying there. Clubhouse, pool and hot tubs were all well kept and clean. Easy to use laundry facility. The Conestoga Wagons were clean and comfortable. Can't wait to return.

We stayed two weeks here. The grounds on the whole are very nice and amenities such as pool, club house and laundry / bathhouses are very nice.

We were down in the sites near the pond and the highway noise from the interstate is very loud. We could barely hold a conversation outside the trailer. We were also not impressed with our site being covered in lots of dog poo when we arrived. If it was one or two, we would have just cleaned it up and not said a thing. But there were dozens of dog poops everywhere and we did ask the grounds maintenance to come and clean it up, which they did.

Gravel as far as the eye can see here, which gets pretty old after a while. We had to get the trailer on blocks in one side to get level. Some concrete pads would go a long way to matching the price being charged..

Lots of long term and seasonal residents. It’s probably a great place to stay if you have a large RV, don’t spend a lot of time outside, and like to enjoy the pool and gym etc, but this place was not for us.

We stayed here in our travel trailer over New Year's. The amenities in this park are fantastic. The clubhouse, showers, pool, laundry were immaculate.
We didn't stay in a room but since our site wasn't level, only 4 stars for the "room". But, staff were friendly, the Verde River nearby and a great hiking trail. Golf cart rentals, pickle ball, kids play area, dog park.
The cabins looked amazing.
Lots to do between Camp Verde ( Ft Verde, Cliff Castle Casino, Montezuma's Castle) and Cottonwood, only 10 miles away, which had lots of shops, hotels & wineries.
I'd stay here again.

Such a wonderful place to stay! The sites are spacious and maintained, the dog park is incredible. Pool, hot tub and fire place are stunning, arcade, club house and pickle ball is a really nice touch for added entertainment! A little on the pricey end, but the resort throws it all back in and it shows. Very impressed with this park!

It’s not really relaxing. The pool and clubhouse are nice. Bathrooms were not clean and no toilet paper in any stalls all weekend. Showers required constantly hitting the button to turn on water which last a minute and shower head is hand held and kept falling off the wall. I showered 3 times in different stalks. They were all terrible. Normal things like picnic table , fire pit, etc cost extra. Front desk not very friendly and the highway noise is very loud. The dog park was nice , but required a leash inside the dog park which was strange. I’ve travelled to many primitive and resort sites. We aren’t picky , but for the price a location next to the highway it was not a relaxing vibe. There are better places to stay that are cheaper and better suited if you are coming to relax. It is also quite a drive to Sedona. Just my feedback I found the resort disappointing and would not return.

The stay was great, quiet and all the guests and staff were very nice. The cabin was very clean, and the cabins were spaced out, so you are not on top of each other. Two reasons they didn't get a five-star review. First, they told me I couldn't bring an enclosed trailer due to local Fire Marshall wouldn't allow it but there were 3 enclosed trailers parked at RV sites that I witnessed. I'm not sure what I was told was the truth or not. The second issue was with a hot tub not working. One guest told me they reported it and still not fixed 5 days later when we left. Another guest, long-term resident, said that the hot tub has not been worked in months. The hot tub is not hot. Since they always pride them self as the best you think, they would fix the hot tub quickly, not to inconvenience the guest. They also didn't put a sign on the hot tub saying it was not working. I was not there for their amenities, so I would return without any issues and hope they fix their problems quickly, train staff on does, and don't and follow their rules and enforce them. Overall a great stay.
