This is our second time using VBH Travel and I won’t use anyone else. Lauren and Heather not only helped us with vacation options for winter break for 10 people, but once we selected a destination (Riviera Maya) everything was handled. From the resort to the flights to transfers to dinner reservations and every other single detail, they made it brainless. And having their app with our entire itinerary made it so easy. Holly was great! I was a late addition to my sister's already-planned trip, and Holly made it happen. From the plane tickets, room reservations, ground transportation, and cancellation without penalty (my mom dropped out at the last minute), Holly handled it all. Communication was prompt and informative by text and email. Itineraries were updated with any changes, and I felt very taken care of. Highly recommend!

The team made the logistics easy for us, and even coordinated a free private transfer to take us to our resort. Heather found us fantastic hotels, and the best glacier tour ever! Her recommendations were wonderful, she was organized, communicative, and worked so well with me when plans had to change.
