Going to Vietnam or Southeast Asia? Give them a call. I thought travel agents were buried along with newspapers but I couldn’t be more wrong! From tickets to visas, they will ease the process. Really bad service. They don’t know what to answer the basic questions related to the flights and the airlines, easily get mad and rude when customers ask questions. Never come back .
