It was a nice and pleasant stay here. The room was cleaned everyday by housekeeper. The room smelled fresh and clean, but just a little to strong with air freshener, couldn't open the window to air it out. I would just recommend less air freshener, but other than that it was nice. Thank you for having me, very friendly staff😊

We had a great experience with Value Inn Bellflower. The manager was so friendly and nice. The room was super clean and tidy with a quite environment. Definitely, we will stay again in the next time!

I've never left a review but I owe it to others to leave one now. The room was ok but the pillows were flat. I needed an iron so called the office and they said come pick one up here. When I connected it dirty water started pouring out along with yellow gunk!! Since there was no ironing board I had put hubbys white shirt on the bed. Thank goodness the gunk didn't get on the shirt but it did get on the sheets. I let the office know and they said just get another iron from the office drawer. I noticed mostly all of them had yellow stuff on the bottom so I said no thank you. I wet the shirt and used the blow dryer to take out the big wrinkles. I asked if they could please change the sheets that were stained with the yellow gunk. They said you'll have to do it yourself since housekeeping doesn't come in today. When we returned later in the day there were sheets on the table. I changed them myself and the "clean" sheets had rust and big holes in them. I have pictures. Needless to say we will NOT be staying here again.

This weekend I stayed with my dtr and granddaughter for 2 days in a nice room. Very clean and comfortable. Went to office to extend our stay. To my surprise.. We were denied. They said, we refused cleaning service the very next morning. When housekeeping came to our door and offered service or clean towels. We chose the towels because we had already made the bed, so it wasn't necessary.
The next morning I went to turn in key and thank him, he told me, we could never return there again. We were literally banned from staying there again, because according to him, we refused service. I left there very confused and offended at the same time. The man has a voice that is very harsh and talks very rude. He made us feel like we destroyed the place. Said with a heavy accent "You can never come back here!" I have never been soo humiliated in all my life! Then yelled at us to get out of room because it was after 11a checkout. We told him we're coming.. grandaughter was using restroom. He said "No, you need to be out of there at checkout!".. Very mean and unfriendly.

I was visiting from Texas for a few days and dit it on the cheap. I booked the Value Inn through Expedia and didn't check reviews until it was the day before I was arriving. The reviews in my opinion are based on high expectations for something that was very affordable. Ok, at check in, when the lady said "no cooking, no smoking, and no guests..." I thought, well, that was odd. The room was clean, the bathroom was upgraded, and it wasn't perfect. I didn't pay for perfect. I paid for an inexpensive hotel/motel. Taco Nazo is walking distance and plenty of places to get coffee since the "hotel" doesn't offer any. Would I go back and stay at the Inn? Yes, it wasn't bad and I believe that I got my money's worth.

When I got there Owner wouldn’t give me a receipt for my cash $100 deposit. Was very rude. Place looked clean and neat but found bugs by fridge and at night a bug was climbing on ceiling. Took a video and pics. Showed to Owner and he said it was a bee. SMH. I’m cool on this place.

Worst motel I have ever stayed at. Location was perfect for us but owner made our experience unbearable. Just checking our every move questioning everything. We went to sleep not to be interrogated everytime he would see one of us. Headboards were dusty. Some of the outlets weren't working. Hole on a wall. Not enough pillows. I got bit my something hoping is not bed bugs.

We had 2 rooms at this hotel, the actual rooms were ok size, comfortable beds, pillows not so much. Both had fridges, although 1 had a broken freezer compartment in it. No safes which was a big pain. Bathrooms - 1 was a shower room which was clean but missing grout in places, the 1 with the bath the bath was not so clean and no plug to actually be able to use the bath so why have a bath (no plug with reception either). The reception members who checked us in were great, friendly etc, however another female not as helpful - our bags didnt arrive with us and we were informed they would be arriving between 10pm-12am the day after we arrived. We were exhaused, and wanted to go to bed early so asked if they could be stored in reception (which we'd asked already during the day and were told it was fine) to be told no the door would be locked. When the bags arrived i was called to get them, and had a sarcastic "were you sleeping" comment by the staff memeber who said we couldnt store them in reception, not needed at all. A lot of noise from the road, and if in a lower floor room, from the room above. Big annoyance was someone blasting a remote controlled car around the hotel car park at 11pm 1 night, screeching breaks back and forth, not a word from any reception, no answer from them when called, i eventually went out and the middle aged guy did stop, made excusses that it was his job (to drive round a hotel car park, i think not!) and no apology, but he did stop at least. Also a lot of noise from people standing outside our door talking, this happened several times, don't get why at all, could hear every word of what was being said.
