I stayed 6 nights in the cabin and everything was perfect. The cabins are brand new and well appointed with everything you will need (except your groceries) if you want to just stay in the whole time, and there are a couple really good restaurants 10-15 minutes away in the town of Davis if you want to venture out. There is a nice little hiking trail just up the road behind the cabins, and there is a popular fishing hole right up the road. I am travelling back to the area a couple more times this year and am looking forward to staying at Valley View Cabin Resort again.

This vacation was truly one of the best! The cabins are brand new, bright, and beautifully designed. They strike the perfect balance between elegance and comfort, and I honestly could have stayed longer. The bathroom is spacious with plenty of natural light, and I loved the additional shower heads and large vanity. The main bedroom was arranged in such a cozy, inviting way—it felt like a perfect nest for rest and relaxation.

To top it all off, the views are absolutely stunning. Watching the sunset and Timberline Mountain from the hot tub and fire pit is an experience in itself. This place easily deserves a 5-star rating.

A big thank you to all the staff and everyone who maintains this amazing property! We will definitely be back.

It's a wicked balance for giving this place high marks knowing it will only make it more popular. Alas, you can't fail to give them the credit deserved.

A spectacularly clean place with high quality furniture, decor and linens. Our regret was that we should have spent more time at the cabin rather than our nearby adventures.

The proximity to Canaan Valley opportunities, food and bars was nice. The jacuzzi, fire pit, and comfort eased the relaxation joy of our escape. We'll definitely return. Hopefully not having to elbow out everyone else from this gem.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay! Our stay was absolutely perfect! The check-in and check-out process was seamless and hassle-free. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to explore. The host provided excellent service and was always quick to respond. You will see Chris on the grounds which is super helpful and convenient if you have any requests or questions. Love how the checkout process is just simply gathering your belongings and leave--there is no long list of chores that the host requests you do to (take trash to dump, laundry, etc.) Highly recommend—would definitely stay here again!

Super cute , clean, and , peaceful place to stay! It Was perfect for a quiet getaway! Highly recommended! Not much going on right now around us in towns as a lot of places are closed to prepare for the upcoming summer season and doing renovations. But enjoyed this stay regardless! Highly recommend staying in one of these cute places

My family and I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The accommodation was top-notch—spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Chris (host) was incredibly welcoming and his service is what you would find at a 5 star resort! (Not an exaggeration!) incredibly convenient with only 2 min drive to Timber Line mtn. Hands down best accommodation in the Timber Line mtn vicinity

The cabins are modern yet so comfortable! They are stocked with EVERYTHING that you need for a delightful stay. An idilliac mountain property in one of the most beautiful regions of West Virginia. I just didn't want to leave!!!

We were so excited to stay in these brand new luxury cabins @ Timberline Resort. The bed was so comfortable, hot tub under the stars and firepit w/each cabin. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend!
