My wife and I stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much we came back again this year. We rented the entire house this time and brought our Daughter and Grand Kids along. They enjoyed it as much as we did. My Grandson had a great time looking through his telescope one evening. We took a nice walk down the country road, and loved taking in the great views and breathing the fresh air. Also got a fun tour of the Farm. Dorothy and Don were great hosts. Dorothy prepared great country breakfasts for us every morning. This is a very nice place to stay. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I stayed in the Poppy Room (June 2024). What a beautiful place. In this room, there was a private bathroom w/shower. The amenities were great. A special chocolate treat welcomed us. The common area between the rooms were fully stocked and additional items that were there were a nice addition (tea bags, coffee, etc.). The breakfasts were delicious!!! I mean that sincerely. Dorothy and Don were the best hosts. So very friendly. And speaking of friendly, Max (their dog) made us feel at home as well. What a sweet dog. Not to mention the kitties! Dorothy took us on a farm tour, which was very interesting. I'm from the city, but my husband's family had a farm, and he could relate to all of the hard work it goes into living and making a living on a farm. The best part for me, was the quietness. OMG. I couldn't get enough of how quiet it was. It was hard to leave. We would love to have Dorothy and Don as our neighbors. We left with purchases of Dorothy's jams (blueberry butter and lavender peach). They are both so very good. We also purchased beef sticks in a variety of flavors (also very good). We both enjoyed our stay. Thank you again for your hospitality. Be proud of your B&B.

I wish we had stayed here instead of the Dells! The hosts were phenomenal and really thoughtful about making us at home. Dorothy is a sweetheart and very generous and patient about answering all our questions about farm life in this day and age. They provided a wonderful tour of the farm on an ATV. It was fun to hang out with Steve the goat, their very loving dog Max, and at least one sweet cat. It's a beautiful landscape and very relaxing. Breakfast was very nice, too, and we bought delicious jams to take back home. It was an experience, and opened my young teen's eyes to a different world.

We got to stay at VSF for our family reunion last summer and it was awesome! Dorothy and Don were super fun and welcoming, and the breakfasts couldn't be beat! We had a blast getting a tour of the farm and the rooms were cozy and comfortable. A nice, quiet and peaceful getaway. I definitely recommend them!

Ours was a lovely stay with charming hosts Dorothy and Don. Dorothy went above and beyond meeting our "gluten free" dietary needs and making a marvelous breakfast for us. The beds were comfortable and the "mooing" of the cows at night, helped us to drift off to sleep. We felt rested and relaxed after staying at Valley Springs Farm Bed and Breakfast, and WILL certainly be back again, as well as recommend it to others.

Amazing bed and breakfast!! You can not beat the setting on an idyllic farm. Dorothy and Don Harms are lovely. Friendly, attention to detail, and so many nice common areas such as front porch sitting area and fire pit. . Breakfast was excellent. Farm to table!! The dog Max was a sweetheart , as were the family of cats. Definitely take the tour. It is so interesting to see the inner workings of a cattle farm. We will be back!!|Kathy and Pat

We had a great overnight stay at Valley Farms. Lovely farmstead and pastures. Our room and beds were very comfortable and made for a great nights sleep. We had an early start next morning and Dorothy went the extra mile to give us an excellent cooked breakfast before we left. Highly recommend.

We stayed 4 nights with our family of 5 plus a 14 month old baby. We stayed in the Sage and Lilac rooms. They were clean and comfortable. Don and Dorothy were excellent company and so helpful recommending local things to see and do. The breakfasts were amazing. The kids had a great time interacting with the cats, goats and their dog Max. Watching the cows in the pastures was relaxing. We enjoyed a gorgeous sunset by the fire every night. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
