I really didn't like their lobby assistant very racists. Plus, the assistant front desk helper had a very bad attitude.

I went in november to get an affidavit for a name change notarized and the lady kept saying I was not needed to be a witness, when the document said I had to be a second witness if I'm over 18 (I was currently 19). I kept telling her that it says it right here but she continued on insisting and said if I have to be a witness come back then and I will not charge you for the second time. Well what a shock that I was sent a letter stating I had to be a witness 1month later. I went to her and she still charged me another $15 saying how she didn't say it and she has to explain why it was done twice. After I kept trying to say you did my mom was here and not my fault you kept saying I wasn't needed as a witness, I just paid so I can leave. Never again am I going here.

Muy mal servicio de imigracion, primero que todo cobra demasiado por sus servicios, no especifica para que son los pagos, exije presentar documentos origilales y lo peor mi esposa esta segura de que le entrego el pasaporte en una ocasion y jamas lo regreso, ahora que estamos a una semana de la cita nos dice que ella no se lo quedo y que esta segura que no lo tiene. Honestamente desde el principio se noto que la persona es desorganizada. Cuidado si le dan documentos originales, especialmente si son dificiles de conseguir!
