This is by far one of my favorite local breweries I have been to in America. The staff Sarah is astoundingly friendly and kind. She went and beyond to make sure I get my favorite type of beer Hazy IPA even thought it's not ready yet she went in to the brewery line and grab one just for me. This is already two thumbs up, Sarah!

Went to grab some Poor Betty's and a beer. We took our very small and excited pup. There was a small automated decoration and when it went off he started to bark. Immediately we calmed him down. There was one other person in the entire tasting room. The server behind the bar, who really was quite unfriendly, came over and very rudely told us we needed to keep our dog quiet. I understand that barking is annoying, however, he was not just barking and barking. We don't go to Valdez Brewing often for a number of reasons and this is now going to be one of them. It's hit or miss if the person serving is friendly or not. We liked that we could bring our pup too, but I take it that now pups may not be as welcome as in the past. I would give the location and beer three and a half stars, but I don't tolerate people being rude.

Wow! Valdez brewing has some of the least subtle beers I've come across. I go to most of the breweries that cross my path and most might have one slightly interesting IPA or a tepidly spicy beer, but few and far between are those that stand out and hold your attention. Valdez Brewing is one such place.

I was super excited about the salted chocolate porter, but the one I ended up buying to take home was the IPA milkshake. Not sure I've ever had so many flavors in one beer.

Good service, nice spacious inside (that still was totally slammed at 7 on a Monday). Nice looking outside space but it was drizzling while I was there. Plenty of merch, they do growlers, flights, etc. They also have a po boy food truck outside most days.

Great brewery. Favorite beer is the Miners, they also have a great Grapefruit Tarragon seltzer. Short walk from the marina and Best Western.

Absolutely refreshing beers! I tried the berry white and the salted chocolate poter, my parents the Prop Wash Pilsner, and my husband the Full Stall. Not a single complain! They were all amazing! Highly recommend, especially after a li g day out in the water!

A great atmosphere and great beer! The food truck outside, Poor Betty’s Po Boys, was delicious. It was nice to be able to bring the food we ordered into the brewery.

Great beer, with nice outdoor seating when the weather permits. There are several really good food trucks nearby (I’m looking at you, Turo Turo) and you can get takeout to have with a cold and delicious brew. Really an outstanding brewery in an unexpected locale.

Very nice atmosphere! I like that you can bring your own food in to have while you sample the different varieties of liquids that they have. I don't drink, but they had a good selection of non-alcoholic beverages for me to try while my husband sampled their different breed to his hearts content. In his words "This is my new favorite spot to visit when we come to Valdez (next to the fish filleting stations at the docks)" 🤣

It's also kid friendly. We saw many families bringing their kids and getting the non-alcoholic samplers for them.

It was also cool to see people working in the brewing room through the viewing windows.
