Had a great time here! We arrived right when they opened and were seated in a nice booth in the window. They had great local alcoholic ciders that my partner and I tried. The gluten free breakfast I had was good.

In the heart of downtown Wheeling, we Trip Advisored into the Vagabond Kitchen. The on line menus were incredibly inviting and accurate. The atmosphere was modern and inviting. The food was perfect for a cold winter’s night. My chicken pot pie was divine as were the brownies. This place was worth the effort to find parking and avoid the rough patches on Market Street. We’ll be back!

A+ experience, first-time visitor. Excellent service and the food is delicious. Had a nice brunch of sausage biscuits and gravy. Will definitely come back again!

The truffle fries were delicious. I had the BLT and my husband had the hangover burger. They were pretty much your basic all American dishes. We will try something more unique next time.
We also dined in on a Sunday for brunch and the service was not great either.

We were on our way to Virginia and didn’t expect to come across such a fantastic spot. We tried the bean burger, and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

Duckfat diner fries with pepper gravy-- amazing! The waitress recommended the burger and that was what we should have ordered. The main entrees were good, but those duck diner fries had the bar so high, we thought the charizard and smoked rabbit cornbread casserole paled a bit in comparison.

Very good restaurant with a menu unlike any other...tried some different things here and loved them all! The duck fat fries and duck wings were really good. Dessert menu lacks a bit. The menu does change seasonally, so check their FB page before you come

This is one of our favorite easy date night spots and worth the hour drive. The food is awesome with locally-sourced ingredients and such a diverse yet comfortable menu. I love that it changes and am thrilled with every new menu! I know there will always be a delightful vegetarian option or seven, which isn't always easy to come by in this area. We love our servers and the drink menu is genius, too. Always thrilled to get to come back to this gem of a restaurant.
