DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Checked in, went out for two hours, and when I came back to use the restroom FOR THE FIRST TIME, there was POOP in the toilet. DISGUSTING. They don’t care about their customers and will not help out in any way. Unsanitary for my children.

HATED IT! I will never go back! The rooms were dirty carpet was sticky and made my socks dirty. No towels just a floor towel and wash cloth for 2 adults

When we got there I was prepared for a bad experience... But they gave us nice rooms with new mattresses. No smell from AC, no bugs, not in amazing shape but decent enough. Would not come back here unless I really needed to save the money as it was a bit run down, but not as bad as expected. However I think we got the nicer rooms so I could see it being worse...

I couldn't stay after 1hr I had to leave it was not clean !
The bathroom had black mold the out side needs a very good pressure wash..
The rooms are dated need up grading .
The location is great right of the freeway..
I went to turn in the key the guy at the desk didn't want to talk until I showed him pictures..

I was pleasantly surprised with the Quiet nature to the interior aspect of the hotel and its parking lot. The bed was comfortable the shower head was actually quite nice with a couple of different settings. The staff was very friendly, receptive and attentive. To be perfectly honest I didn't expect much from this place as it was kind of overshadowed by its somewhat dingy surroundings; I'm glad I was wrong in judging it by its cover. The sign immediately off the road States they have a room with a hot tub, and if we inquired about this only to 73rd and it is not anything more than bathtub with a jet built for one.

Worst hotel experience of my life. If I could leave negative stars I would. Room was dirty, office staff was rude. We were woken up at 2am by the noise of our neighbors screaming and blasting the worst music I’ve ever heard. The phone in the room didn’t work to call and complain. We ended up leaving at 3am because we couldn’t sleep. At “check out” I had to push the towel that was blocking the window out of the way to talk to the nite clerk who clearly didn’t care that we couldn’t sleep. Apparently after 30 minutes of checking in there is no refund. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car before checking into this place

Was awful the manager peter is just rude. The room 117 has roaches told them and they just changed my room. Don't leave a tip cuz the maid doesn't get. There is spiders. The breakfast is tang, milk, dry cereal and bread. The other worker wayne is rude and he goes into your room when your gone. So if I were you I won't spend any money there. If you decide to stay there be careful. They have different prices for everyone. I would give this hotel -10 for being the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
