We booked our first river cruise through USA River Cruises in 2018. We have now enjoyed nine cruises booked through USA River Cruises with two more coming up in the next nine months. Through the past six years Cindy Anderson and the staff at USA River Cruises have provided excellent service and assistance with our travel plans. It is very evident that they truly care about their customers and desire them to get the maximum enjoyment from their travels. We highly recommend USA River Cruises. In April of this year we took a cruise out of Seattle. Cindy and Mary Kayser came up to Seattle to have dinner with us prior to our cruise so we could meet each other face-to-face, wonderful customer service.

Cindy and the team at USA River Cruises have been more helpful than I can say. They have booked cruises on Viking to Iceland, the Med and to the Arctic Circle, Atlas to Europe, and Hurtigruten to Norway as well as Natural Habitation trips to see Polar Bears and Yellowstone in the winter. Our River Cruise was wonderful! The accommodations were great, very spacious, full size bath and very clean. The food on The Jazz was so delicious! Every meal was a gourmet meal.
Excursions were excellent!
I would highly recommend a River Cruise. It’s a relaxing trip and capacity was only 162 guests, making it very quaint and appealing!
