I had Uban cater my daughter’s rehearsal luncheon! I gave them five stars but they are worth even more! They were on time, set up and took down with ease, food was excellent! The pizzas hot and delicious! The chicken wings everyone swore were the best they ever had! I would definitely use them again!

Average to slightly below Neapolitan style pizza. Sauce had a good flavor, but was a little too thick, as if they cooked it too long. Crust was good. Mozzarella was very sparse (even for Neapolitan standard). The basil was cooked on the pizza, which really only works if you soak it in salt water beforehand, which they didnt.
