Ordered takeout from Urbane Cafe on March 27, 2025 and was shocked to find a METAL SCREW in my girlfriend’s meal. Thankfully, she didn’t eat it, but this is completely unacceptable. The food is supposed to be safe, not a hardware store. We kept the screw and food as proof, photos attached. Called the restaurant, and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes and then hung up on. Lost all trust in this place. Avoid unless you want a side of metal with your meal.

I have to put it out there first since this review may be bias but I did some work for the store and they were a client of mine.

That being said, Jessica the manager was very nice along with all the other staff.

The food is delicious and healthy. I highly recommend for good food and friendly service and atmosphere.

We’ve ordered catering from this place many times before and never had any problems. However, it seems like the person handling catering might have changed. Our order today (large and small Share the Love Packages) was missing all the drinks and about 60% of the chips. The restaurant didn’t make much effort to resolve the issue and told us we could come and pick up the missing items. Since we already paid for delivery, this response was frustrating...if we wanted to pick up the order ourselves, we wouldn’t have chosen delivery in the first place... If you're doing catering for your events, it might be better to look for a more responsible and responsive vendor.

I love the sandwiches here. Please please keep the really good fish sandwich as a permanent menu item. It is the best sandwich anywhere! My whole family loves coming here and the service is great.

I just had the new fish sandwich! It was recommended to me by the manager, Jessica. She was super sweet and helpful. She has helped me before and always double checks my togo orders which seems like a small thing but goes a long way. Love this place!

This is a great spot for lunch. By far my wife’s favorite spot. She orders the cilantro chicken salad every time. I recommend the sandwiches and ask for extra meat. Their cookies change seasonally - if the lemon cookie is available- order it. You won’t regret it.

What a delightful experience! I specifically loved how everything was served warm, like the cookie and the bread. I ordered the mushroom veggie sandwich that was tasty and warm, broccoli cheddar soup, and a caramel toffee cookie. That may be the best cookie I have ever had in my life. I will for sure be coming back here regularly and plan on picking up cookies whenever I am driving by. They are THAT good! The restaurant was clean and also had outdoor seating. We sat outside because we had a dog with us. It was very nice and they brought our food to us. Lovely nice employees as well.

After a long days work of watching friends and spouse at tennis camp, what better way to refuel than healthy salad and a filling sando? The restaurant has a pleasant sit down style layout with more cushy seats on the far wall, but we weren’t just looking for a place for its looks. Our cashier took our orders with lightning speed and we got our food in less than 10 minutes with 5 ppl ordering. Service to get seated was *chef’s kiss*. Wife ordered the steak chimichurri sando with home made buns and I got the keto salad with extra meat. HIT THE SPOT. After nearing food coma, we brought our plates back to its storage home for clean up near the exit, and went back home on our merry way. Would I come back here? You darn right I will.
