We had the pleasure of working with Urban Phoenix for our wedding, and they truly exceeded our expectations. They customized a Mediterranean menu that was an absolute hit with all our guests. The food was phenomenal—every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. We've also attended one of their Burrito pop-up events, and everything there was just as delicious, showcasing their consistent quality amongst a variety of styles.

The owners are incredibly kind and attentive, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate to use Urban Phoenix again for future events. If you're looking for outstanding food and exceptional service, we highly recommend them!

Urban Phoenix knows how to cater! I have used them the past 2 years for an event I host for 300 people and they do a phenomenal job! Do yourself a favor and choose Urban Phoenix for your event, party catering. Keri was so helpful making our budget work for our company party of 125 people. Our venue (435 Collective -also highly recommend). The selection of delicious, creative, high quality appetizers fit all of our needs. The food was INCREDIBLE. They set up on site and the smells coming from all the flavors set the tone. The ribeye crostini ... a must! The staff was so friendly and attentive. We will definitely choose Urban for our future events.

We are food snobs who really dread attending large events that feature banquet type food. There is always the worry that there will be too many things we can’t eat (we are essentially pescatarian but keep Jewish dietary laws - kosher - in our home. Plus my husband doesn’t eat nuts and we wanted to ensure there would be GF and vegan options.) You know what happens when you don’t eat enough at an event that has an open bar? You run the risk of being “over served”… 🥴

Keri and the team at Urban Phoenix were the perfect fit for our son’s bar mitzvah celebration and now my husband and I are brainstorming and inventing other parties we can have just so we can work with them and eat their food again.

They took our island theme and went heavy on the vegetables which is the way we like it. The cauliflower passed appetizer tasted “just like shrimp” according to my mother. The taco bar was delicious. Even though WE don’t eat a lot of meat/poultry, we anticipated that our guests would be expecting it. The jackfruit substituted beautifully for brisket/pulled pork and I wish there had been leftovers of that dish. And the tostones. Our fry bar featured plant based “meat” sliders and… my son’s friends thought they had eaten cheeseburgers. But the piec de resistance… THE POKE BAR with fish sourced locally from Chula Seafood. We had 140 guests at this event and we’ve probably heard from 100 of them that the poke bar was “bussin-bussin.” According to my 13 year old son, this means “delicious”.

The presentation was top-notch and artistic. We are beyond happy to have worked with Urban Phoenix and would recommend them in a heartbeat. We have zero complaints. These are people who love food, love entertaining and take care of their clients.

Urban Phx taco kits are bomb. It feeds 10 people easy. It had cilantro, pico, cheeses, tortillas, yummy chipotle crema, really tender steak and chicken, lots of different salsas, cabbage and lots more. Since their taco kits blew me away, I decided to book a catering with them for a park get together that will happen next month. Keri and Steven were professional, they answered questions I hadn't even thought of, and they have assured me their team is safe by masking up and sanitizing everything. This is the new norm. Catering outside events. I'm happy I found them. It was super easy.
