"Waterfront Hotel"... does not indicate that one should have a view of the dirty rooftop with equipment and standing dirty water. There was absolutely no view of anything. Since the parking lot was deserted, I can't imagine that the hotel was full. Staff should visit each room so that they are knowledgeable about what the guests are paying for and not stick them in such an ugly room. I wouldn't mind the $20 resort fee, but with the view we had... not worth it! If we had not been staying for just one night, I would have asked to move. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I decided to stop for the night while my Husband and I were traveling. We walked in and were warmly greeted by the front desk agent. I believe his name was Trey? Sorry, I may have misspelled it. We decided to splurge a little and booked a Suite overlooking the water. Once we were settled in we headed down to the bar for a drink. What a surprise to find the funniest and kind bartender names Kris. He was amazing and totally loves the Chiefs which we overlooked as that’s not our team. We had a light dinner at the bar and had the nicest time. Felt like we spent time with family. We returned to our room and had a great night sleep. Upon our departure we again were greeted at the front desk by a very sweet young lady. |Had such a fantastic stay and will definitely be back if we travel through Stockton again!

They picked up on the first ring at midnight! The staff was very helpful and considerate to the point the Security guard saw me through the cameras with my hands full and open the door for me. The Gentlemen at the check-in desk knew I had just left a terrible hotel and that I was just looking for Clean safe place to sleep. He gave me a 10% discount my troubles at the other place like wow definitely did not expect that and he even offered me late check out time. The parking is gated so your Vehicle will be safe and they have cameras in the lot. The room was amazing. Clean,Comfortable and quiet. 10/10 for me on everything. And at just a little over 100$ a night with 100$ deposit I could not ask for more.

I have stayed at this hotel for a few months, and I am left with a lasting impression on service, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere. Rooms and amenities are great, it has a full bar, and restaurant with very good food. The grounds are enjoyable with a pool and jacuzzi, billiards, ping-pong, and a great view of the Delta and Weber Park, but the best experience is the staff I have had the pleasure of meeting, they are personal, committed, courteous, and ready to genuinely get to know you and make your stay a pleasant one. A BIG, BIG THANK YOU to: Kathy, Chris, Crystal, Ray, Trine', Tracy, Lupe, Tai, Mike, Ventura, Suzanna, Trinity, Nielli, Joel, Veronica, and Veronica, Danny and Darlene. The have all been there for me.

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is in a safe location with security and gated parking. They are dog friendly. The staff is so kind and helpful. They have a restaurant and the food was great. The room was big and comfortable we would definitely stay again when we travel through.

Very clean and quiet rooms / clean carpet, modern tv, lots of amenities: large fridge, microwave, single serving coffee machine w/decaf and regular coffee, also complimentary delicious coffee bar by restaurant in am. Nice bathroom w/Step in modern shower. Nice bedding and bed. Water doesnt heat up super hot for environmental reasons. Beautiful location by the water. Nice clean hotel. Pet friendly.

This is the finest hotel in Stockton. It’s gated with security guards, and sits right in the water with a huge park surrounding it. It’s in downtown, so walking get’s you to everything you need. Very clean & tidy. Feels moderately fancy and very affordable. It’s all about the view and location. Restaurant has decent food and a good looking bar. Free Laundry and floor to ceiling windows!

When I arrived from Los Angeles, the front desk agent was very kind and assisted me professionally. She allowed me to park in the front while I put my luggage away. However there were 5 cars parked in the front and just sitting there. She stayed there is security, but I never saw a security guard.

I drove 6 hours to arrive to a room where the bed is ridiculously worn and makes terrible noise when you lay in it. The bed also has a huge dip in the middle from wear and tear.

The shower water drips out, even when you change the little raggedy knob, shower head is absolutely terrible. Room is half cleaned with long strains of hair everywhere. The room smells like mold or dirty rug. Phone dirty, very low sound and barely worked!

Completely frustrated, tired because I just wanted to lay my head somewhere safe and comfortable where I could shower and eat. Didn’t happen.

This hotel isn’t maintained and I don’t appreciate that nor the unsatisfactory condition of this room at the end of a one way hallway!

Very disappointed.
