I absolutely love this place. They staff have always been super easy and a pleasure to work with. The rooms are comfy and the beds and linens are nice. The parking lot is well lit and the smoking area is far enough away the rooms and office aren't bothered by the smell. They're located just far enough from everything where you don't feel the traffic but very easy access and some walkable. I've stayed there 2 times and next time I'm in town I'll be there again!

We stayed here after a Dr appointment in Phoenix and we were pleasantly surprised. It was VERY Clean, very cozy, newly remodeled and the beds were comfortable. The shower sparkly clean, the tile floor didn't have a speck of dirt on it and the air conditioner was crisp as it should be. All in all 5 stars well deserved! We will be back, because this place shows that the owner is taking pride.

I arrived late into town and booked a room with them. When I went to the front desk to check in there was no clerk so I followed the instructions to go knock on the door where the clerk might be. After trying multiple times by knocking and hitting the buzzer i gave up and booked a room down the street. When I called to get the charges refunded they refused.

Stay away if at all possible..the owner is incredibly greedy and far from a decent person...after a booking issue she refused to let me change my booking ..kept my money about 400 dollars even when i was willing to pay the price difference...never experienced anything like this

The room was very nice, recently renovated. The bed was a little odd, seemed like it had a king size base and two twin mattresses on top. They didn't quite fit that base, and I kept banging my shins into the base of the bed because of it. Parking was plentiful during the week, but very tight. There is no breakfast in the morning, pretty much no service at all. The road noise from Mill avenue is a little much at night, but didn't affect my sleep. Not a bad deal at the price.
