They give the best service and tour!
I had a great tour with my friends from Thailand, we are a large group of 9 people, my tour guide was the best, he makes sure everyone always be on time, and takes care of the seniors! This deal is the best I found online, Hotel was great and bus was good too! They also have free airport pick-up service!

Tour was great, Niagara Falls was amazing, enjoyed it with my family.
Bring a USB Charger with you, so you can charge your phone on the bus. Hotel was nice too, rooms are clean, staff very friendly.
I rescheduled my tour because my flight was delayed, the customer service was quick and nice.

It got me really confused since they keep on telling us to switch buses and tour guides during our trip.The bus was dirty with trash all over the seats, most of the tour guides were really impatient with their guests. For example, they yell at guests when they are busy and Carol (our tour guide for one day) keeps on ignoring questions of the guests. Though I'm not the one that is treated rudely, I definitely do not think this is the attitude that a tour guide should have. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Very bad service. It actually outsources the services to other small private travel companies, at least for my case. They first booked the hotel in a wrong date so I wasted ~3 hours to wait for them to arrange me a new hotel. Besides, the driver and the tourist guide is the same person, and he did not have the certificate to show that he was the employee for the company. Also, the car is just a van, so small and crowded! I wanted to leave a bad feedback in its company website, but the website just blocked my feedback. I was so furious so I contact the customer service. The only word they can say is we are sorry. But they just have no actions, still blocked my feedback! I will never use the company's service any more! Totally fraud!

I do not usually leave comments, but I decide to say something after I realized there was only 2 reviews up here on Google, from my experiences with them, I believe this online travel agency deserve a 4.5+ stars with at least 1000 reviews.

My friend refereed me a 7-day west coast tour package provided by this site, I need a Chinese speaking tour group since someone in my party do not speak proper English. We visited several hot spots here in SoCal and the wild west, the tour was smooth, the ordering process is easy, our tour guide is kind, since I really enjoy the trip, overall I give it a perfect score.

Pros:
---The sales rep. Jerry is super informative and friendly

---State-of-the-Art service, edit my order info at 1 AM in the morning, a absolutely Zappos/Amazon level of customer service

---What a lucky day! our coach bus is brand new

---Hotel is clean and cozy, we stayed at those famous known branded hotel

---Website is easy-to-use

---The deal we got is great

Cons:
~~Long commute time from point A to B, but fortunately we have new bus with nice A/C
~~Chinese buffet throughout the entire trip, should try something locally

Kenny Huang , our guide, was best guide ever I met. He's very kind and also good at English so that I can understand very well. I'll recommend to my friends to go Niagara falls with TakeTours. And actually he is very gentle and handsome.

We enrolled the trip to NewYork, Boston, etc. The tourist guide is very very mean to us. My parents don’t want to buy some tickets, the tourist guide threat to abandon them. The next day, they have to buy some tickets to continue the trip. It ruins the trip. When we registered online, the online worker told us we can decide buy any tickets we are interested or not. It is a very bad tourist company.

They have no responsibility and no response once you paid the tour. Will have excuse saying we chat not function. They will put you in very cheap hotels next to airport. Very bad service. Just pay uber and DIY.
