TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! The workers here at this office aren’t helpful at all! I had several outbound packages not scanned when picked up from my mail box and lost since April. I call about these issues many times and they do NOTHING about it, because of this situation and packages not being accepted and scanned at the beginning I have lost a few hundred dollars!!! Since this has happened more than once and none of the employees care I will take my time to file a complaint about this situation!!!!

Our driver, I believe her name was Edna was extremely helpful. We had a package that was lost and she recovered it and brought it back to our house the same day. She was the best. Please give her a raise!!!!

Ignore the local simps and their reviews I n this town. They say good things about bad business because they prefer a world where they can "quiet quit" in peace. Everyone in this town is quick to judge anyone who doesn't conform to this weeks acceptable character traits. They badmouth customers in front of other customers and pretend it's polite. The postal code itself deserves a 1 star review. So does the state and it's sports teams.

The employees at this post office are top notch. I am here twice a week and they are always kind and prompt. I have watched them go above and beyond for several customers in my time there. They are great

Post office driver has been caught throwing my packages in my driveway, not setting, but throwing. When they throw my packages in my driveway they don't consider if it's going to rain of not and my packages have been soaked multiple times. I have a covered front porch that is only a 20ft walk from the driveway but apparently that is to far. They gave backed into my yard several times and rutted it up and tore up my grass. Today, they only delivered one package and marked both as delivered. I was in the front yard doing yard work and watched them only put one package in the mailbox.

I've been going there for years and I've always been happy and now I live in town in Russellville I have had a PO box for couple years, they always take care of my stuff , packages to shipping to anything, even got my keys to every single thing I own on it back I had gave up ,don't know what possibly the guy that left bad review had happen but it be first I've ever heard bad from that center and there federal government they have so many minutes from close up to be out of there kinda like dollar general at closing time they have guide lines to follow as well as trying there best to get everyone to care of and you could've printed tracking info with label you can pretty much avoid in person anymore postal service are the most underemployed department of our give they cut back to nothing on spending and raises get by short handed constantly and stress levels are among highest in any job so think maybe what might be going on in back side before taking it out on the person you actually see face to face

I moved to Russellville from out of town, I contacted the Post office to find out what the process was to get a key to my mail box. I was told to come in with my lease and pay a $25.00 lock change fee. I did so. I was told that the lock will be changed today (Friday), I called the post office this afternoon they told me the lady who changes the locks is in a training and it may be tomorrow before they could change the lock, I let them know there was important mail in the box that I needed to get to she told me without the key working there wasn't much that could be done..
