The worst of all time! I've had so much mail and packages returned, horrible service, forced to have to come in for packages every time and having to show my ID every time as well. This place definitely needs an overhaul. And if they put as much energy as they do on returning packages into fixing the address that's online, or maybe even adding a suite or a number so that we could actually use the physical address instead of all this running around in order to get packages correctly sent, it would be a lot better place.

I have lived in Arizona city most of my life and know the people who work at the post office! I’ve seen it all, people go in there with NO Not a lick of patience I am embarrassed how the customers treat the workers and talk to them! They Blame it on the workers if something is not in their Mailbox! WE DON’T WANT or would LIKE ARIZONA CITY TO BE INCORPORATE IF YOU WANT TO LIVE IN AN INCORPORATED PLACE MOVE TO THE CITY ! The people from here like it just fine the way it is! And most of you people that are complaining are snowbirds , go home!
The people that work there will treat you the way you treat them and again if you don’t like it, go home! I can always tell when someone is not from here because they are so rude! We’re not rude here!
And funny, I always and always have gotten good service there! Try being kind!

No handicapped parking. No mail delivery. Small boxes. Packages get sent back to shippers causing extra money for customers .hours suck. Lines are excessive. Not enough parking.

No good, they locked me out of my PO box without any notice or renewal. Lost my w2s and ippin in the mail, medication and other important things. Lost alot of money and time with stress over this. Couldn't pay my bills and affected my credit.

They don't log usps notifications. You have to go in there and get angry. 22 years and this is still the most unprofessional post office I have ever seen

They Don't answer the phone! Trying to find out if they have p.o. boxes available. Moving to Arizona City early July & shocked to find out that curbside or cluster boxes aren't even available!

There’s always just one person handing out everyone in az city’s mail, even around the holidays there’s lines out the door and it takes 30-45 min just to get your mail. Meanwhile other workers are standing around talking. Super inefficient and maddeningly slow! They have pickup boxes that could be used for packages but never use them. What a joke! Horrible 👎

Horrible it's not really the ppl working there's fault they're just trying to make a buck, but this community needs mailboxes period! it's 2023 almost 2024 the town has been growing time to get real mail delivery. This holiday season was the worst gift wise here. Still waiting on 3 things that say delivered here yet they have no idea where it is....
