One of my favorite meals in the state! If I’m in the area, I’m going here. My favorite is the shrimp a la crème on top of the dirty rice - delicious! Tried the potato salad for the first time and it’s also good. This place is consistently good and the staff is so friendly! If you’ve never been just let them know and you can sample anything before making your selection. Also, the owner came by and checked on us. I love that - I didn’t catch his name but can only assume he’s ’Uncle Mick.’ He runs a fine business. Go support them if you’re local. Don’t skip the pie!!!

Wow! Authentic Cajun cuisine. They give you samples of anything before you order. It all tastes amazing. The Shrimp à la Crème is phenomenal.

Great meal with good portion sizes. Flavorful and a good variety. Great friendly service. My first time doing anything in Alabama and Prattville was a nice and friendly town. Would recommend.

Ok so I travel a good bit and have tried food from all over the state of Alabama. I will say this, if you want great tasting Cajun food with a good variety of options for all tastes then THIS IS THE PLACE. Not sure on an item and if you want a whole serving, ask for a sample. Super happy I found this place and if I am back in the area will absolutely revisit them.

We went for our nieces birthday dinner. Upon walking in it was nicely decorated with a rustic feel. The menu had several items to choose from. I got the chicken gumbo, white rice, green beans, tomato salad and garlic bread.

The gumbo was schmeh....literally some shredded chicken in a thin gravy like sauce. Not the gumbo I'm used to which is almost stew like with peppers and onions. The tomato salad was good. Green beans seemed like they came from a can with some bacon added.

On the other hand, the service was really good. We were waited on and taken very good care of.
