Has a lot of options to travel: bus, air, car rental. English and Spanish costumer service, prices not the best but not everyone knows how the online services works. Only have to do double check places and dates cause last time bought a ticket there the instructions what the lady gave me was wrong, almost lost my bus

This place is ok, please do not call over the phone they took 45 min to not answer my call. You’re better off just going personally to buy a bus ticket. I usually take the bus around 1 pm to TJ or they also have bus departures at 12:00 pm.

The Tulare agency is very deceptive in luggage prices. What they forget to dis close to you is that the bus line will not allow you to carry your carry ons on board the bus. The bus line makes you put them under the bus to make you pay for the luggage. They contract out to Rapid Connection bus line which is very filthy. The restrooms smell of urine and don't get cleaned. The owner Jose Sahagun of Rapid Connection is an arrogant man who over charges its passengers for carry on luggage. I tried having a conversation with him regarding the luggage charges and he flat out told me I made it back so he didn't owe me anything. He further told me his bus line is geared towards low income people. He told me next time I travel I should take Greyhound.

The employee changed the day of departure.The receipt showed the right day- but the boarding pass showed different day.My son had to pay a hotel next to the airport which was an unexpected expense .They need to concentrate on what they are doing.We trust that they know how to do their job.Very disappointed
