Absolute joke of a company! Had me stranded on the side of the road for 3 days! Mechanic was an absolute moron had no idea what he was doing! Took him 8hrs to replace an air pump that it didn’t even need.in the process of replacing the air pump he busted a coolant line and try to rig it with a piece of metal and air hose nipples! Then refused to come back and fix the hose right! He didn’t have hardly anything on his truck to actually do the job. In the end I had to have my mechanic from 5hrs away come and fix my truck in 5 minutes by by-passing the air dryer! This company charged us $2,600 and did more damage than he did good! I absolutely do NOT recommend this disgrace of a place or there moron mechanics that don’t even classify as part changers! Highway robbery at its finest!

The only reason I left one star is because you have to. This place is an absolute joke from the work to the inside. It is a SCAM. They put false information on hiring sites to recruit skilled mechanics. They then produce fraudulent paperwork under the names of the employees and their socials. They also charge truckers triple what it costs to fix issues. Truckers and potential employees beware this place is a SCAM for all those who utilize their services. The BBB and department of labor are currently investigating. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Wesley came out to help us after another company never showed. He was very polite, professional, and communicated well. He checked over our brakes to figure out what was wrong and changed the caliper. Before he came, he called to let us know where he was. He got our VIN number to be sure to get the correct part. And while he was there he kept us informed of what he was doing. He made our anxiety melt away and we were no longer worried.

Very disappointed. I called this Roadside Service at 7:20 pm on 6-28-19 from the East side of Dothan, Al. The Dispatch said he would have a technician call me. The Dispatch took all my information for the technician to get a hold of me right up to my location! As of 12:20 am 6-29-19 I have received no call back. My wife drove from 170mi away to bring what I needed to get up and running. Poor quality of service is not my style of business!

Excellent service, super road service equipment, pulled my 35feet 5th Wheel 70 miles all on time fast and friendly, even if we almost got stuck on a sandy dirt road, will absolutely recommend their service.
