Came here for a work trip. Hotel is newer and very clean. I love the decor and colors. Room was SUPER CUTE. Reminded me of a bedroom you would have at home. Bed and pillows were comfy and I slept pretty well. There were lots of plug ins for your electronics. The soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were amazing! I wish I could take them home with me.

Staff were great and the breakfast area was your standard convenient options. I.e. oatmeal, bagels, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and etc.

Don’t really have anything negative to say aside from I wished the water pressure in the shower was better and the toilet paper fell apart super easily. I know establishments typically go for the cheaper toilet paper options, but this one was pretty bad.

Would definitely stay here again!

We are super impressed! The room is clean and fun! They took a nice hotel room and spruced it up with some neat decor and made it a cool place to sleep. The room had 2 comfy queen sized beds and is pet friendly. Lots of space! Cute desk, huge tv and a has some funky hooks and a rack to hang clothes. The bathroom is spotless…and I am picky! There are little touches all over the hotel that really make it special! We pass through here a lot and will definitely be back!! So glad we found this place!

We have stayed here several times while visiting family in Spokane. It never disappoints. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pancakes at breakfast are delicious. This time, they had a nice hot chocolate bar in the lobby along with the teas and coffee station. The employees are very helpful and friendly. We will stay here again!

Overall everything was really good but I didn't like that they had to keep the pool door open to the outside because of some ventilation issues.

The rooms smelled nice and the sheets were crisp and clean. The breakfast was excellent.

We will stay here again.

I really don’t write reviews but I have stayed at many hotels for work and this one I am not having a good experience so far and I still have 2 weeks to go…

If you like trains waking you up at all hours of the night then you’ll love this place.

I somehow lucked out and have some kind of sports teams here so they’re kids running up and down the halls all night. I have had 3 kids yell at me as I’m walking to my room for no reason.

This is my personal opinion…the beds aren’t great at all as soon as you lay down you get springs in your back.

Staff are friendly…hotel is newer and modern and clean.

Really nice hotel except they are never ready with breakfast at 6am. This is the second time I have been here (1week stay each) and there is nothing ready. Even the pancake machine had no batter and I had to wait for them to get someone to put more in which made me late to get to work. Pancakes were very small too.

We had an enjoyable stay. It was not the most child friendly; no bath tub. I was also disappointed by the lack of microwave and coffee maker. There was not much to the breakfast. At least the bed was super comfortable. We would probably stay here again in the future.
