We stayed here for six weeks and I would not hesitate to stay again. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the free breakfast had a decent selection with plenty of seating. It's in a fairly new building so all the carpets, fixtures, furniture, etc. feel fresh and modern.
If you're not local, be aware it's in a very busy area.

Also I like to say the Maria the lady who prep breakfast, she got a awesome customer service super friendly and not to forget all the ladies on the front desk are super friendly and super great customer service.

Although the room was clean it left a lot to be desired. I didn't expect luxury and I wasn't disappointed. The staff was polite and the lobby/dining area was nice. When I opened the door to the room I thought they had opened the window to let it air out, it sounded like cars on the freeway were driving through! The window was NOT open! We had to go buy ear plugs in hopes of any sleep. They helped a little. The pillows were awful, the kind that are completely flat as soon as you put your head on them. No closet, no drawers and if you pull the chair away the small desk you cannot walk around the bed. I don't mind the starkness of the room, but the noise situation is unbearable! It is not a cozy place.

Really nice hotel. Very clean & nice rooms. Slept amazing, the noise was hardly there and there were a lot of used up rooms on our floor. Definitely recommend it. We missed breakfast, but I'm sure it was good. Excellent service

The best thing about this hotel is the location, the rooms have no closet just a bar that is in a nook, although it looks modern nobody is fooled... the bathrooms have a decent size and the AC keeps things fairly well regulated. It would be nice to have a nice dimmable light for the bathroom its pretty intense as is. The shower is nice big enough for 2. The beds were a bit to soft for me and the pillows didn't quite hit the mark a firmer option would have been nice. The was no water bottles!! This lost this review a whole star. Having no water bottles was almost unexceptable. We made due, but such an easy problem that shouldn't have been overlooked. Breakfast was nice and I thought the automatic pancake machine was cool. I had to come back for seconds... over all happy with my stay, but the water bottles I cannot emphasize how much of a disappointment that was.... I expected better.

My room was newer and clean but smelled of mildew in shower. Staff was standard except for the breakfast portion. Breakfast goes until 9am and at 7:15 oatmeal was empty and when I made the attendant aware she basically told me "oh well".

I have been coming to this location often for a few years. I have always been treated with kindness by the staff. Last night was awful and apparently I have been banned, put on the DNR list (DO not rent)
I would agree when I arrived late as a walk in I was very tired and had driven 3 hours. I apologized to the clerk "I am so tired usually I am more pleasant" It's almost as this was an invitation for this young man to raise his own level rudeness that was applied when I walked in. Noted,I am banned. He seemed to call the police. They never came but my friend did. He waited to speak to the clerk who seemed to be hiding.
I went up to my room to see if my key worked. It did so friend and I bring up my bag. After about 20 minutes the note of my banishment was slipped under my door.
I called Manteca Police non emergency and was advised there was in fact no call made. Dispatch advised me to call again if I receive any more notes or problems.
In my opinion, this young man needs customer service training or a new position. I feels like he decided when I walked in I am not his kind of people.
I am a survivor of pedestrian vs vehicle hit and run impact. Still healing from nerve damage and traumatic brain injury. (Invisible Illness). Also, this part of town where I am has many homeless and drug addiction individuals. I can understand his prejudice. However not every individual that comes in without a reservation deserves to be treated as such. I arrived in a rental car, parked in the handicap spot and came in with my dog in her working capacity.
I would still recommend staying here. I just don't recommend coming in during the overnight shift without a reservation as you may be banned by a prejudicial individual without an ounce of patience.

It's one of the nicest hotels in Manteca. It is very clean and the front desk associates were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. The rooms aren't big but that's the point.

The staff are kind and courteous. The hotel is Very modern. The rooms are kept fresh and clean. All of the staff members are friendly. Absolutely Welcoming!
