I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. It's a brand new hotel so everything was clean and new and pretty.

The rooms were the usual size. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was nice. Stand up shower. The water pressure was horrible, though. Shampoo, soap, conditioner and lotion all hung up on the walls.

My son said it was the nicest we have stayed in (hockey tournaments). He said he could live there.

Breakfast was okay, not great, but for free breakfast it was decent. Their lobby area was good for us hanging out at night but not very big for the hotels breakfast crowd.

Overall it was a good place.

We stayed here March 20-23 for a family wedding. The staff was exceptional. The friendliness and accommodation shown by the entire staff was first rate,especially allowing us to use a corner of the lobby Thursday night to assemble cookie boxes. We'd also like to call out Sydney and Logan for their helpfulness. Lautice Colbert has an excellent staff. We would highly recommend staying here if you find yourself in Manassas, They made our experience perfect.

Wow! What a beautiful and clean hotel. Everything was very comfortable. Might I add the reps at the front desk during checking were so friendly. I met two ladies, Layla and Trisha who were phenomenal. They were kind and welcoming! I would surely return for a stay. Oh, the breakfast was well maintained and stocked and the room had a nice amount of towels.

We stayed here from Wednesday, March 19 to Monday, march 24 as our son was getting married Saturday at Brentsville Hall. The location was perfect. Great breakfast selections. Great kiosk to buy snacks and drinks. All staff was available to answer questions. And all were well mannered. I can’t say more except I will look for Tru by Hilton when I travel. |Thank you be and all!!

We were displaced from our house due to propane issues and stayed here for about a week. Everybody was extremely kind. When my hubby and I went to play shuffleboard in the lobby, the night worker invited us to play cards with him and another guest. A few days into our visit, my two teenagers started with flu symptoms. I was overwhelmed trying to take care of them in a hotel. When I was visually overwhelmed, Richard offered me a hug at the front desk. Sydney was always greeting me personally and inquiring how everyone was doing. Everyone working the front desk, while we were there, was very kind.

Also, the lobby is amazing. Lots of sitting areas, a game cabinet, shuffle board, a “bird cage” hanging chair, study/work nooks, and a computer. The gym was fully functional, nothing broken - plenty of choices!

The rooms were clean and my girls loved the aesthetic. There are no dressers or an enclosed armoire for hanging clothes, but we rolled with it.

They have a great area near the elevators highlighting things to sonon the area, places to eat, breweries…very community minded!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tru by Hilton Manassas! The hotel is clean, modern, and conveniently located, but what truly stood out was the exceptional level of customer service. We booked a weekend staycation to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and requested the same room (408) we stayed in on our wedding night last year. The staff not only accommodated our request but went the extra mile by beautifully decorating the room as a surprise—it was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made us feel so special. We highly recommend Tru by Hilton. It is very close to the Manassas Airport and about 30 mins from Dulles Intentional Airport. It is also conveniently located almost across the street from Brentsville Hall, 2 Silos Brewing Co, perfect for weddings, events and entertainment and of course our favorite restaurant The Black Sheep.

Positive: "" Negative: Receptionist was not that welcoming. When asked about changing the room to upper floors, they simply said all the rooms are booked which was not true.Also the light in the bathroom was going off every minute, that made me to take shover in dark.

Upon arriving to Tru by Hilton, Manassas, we were greeted by Layla at check in. Layla was very friendly and efficient and eager to answer any questions about the hotel. Our room was very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend Tru by Hilton, Manassas.
