Do Not Stay here! This place charged me $30 for a hair dryer that was “taken” from the room. I noticed on my credit card statement after my stay. We did not touch the hair dryer. We arrived late to the hotel and left at 6am for a quick overnight. When I called they were dismissive and said that we took the hair dryer. AGAIN DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I would have never touched the hairdryer!

The hotel also does not let you check in online through the app. This is a convenient service especially when arriving late to a hotel. Pointless that they do not offer this like other Hilton Hotels. Night front desk person was not friendly or welcoming I would have much preferred to skip that interaction.

Breakfast was not well stocked and was mostly sugary carbs. Coffee was not good.

Again don’t stay here.

Do not stay at this hotel. They charged me $30 for a hair dryer that was “taken” during my 8 hour stay. When I called they were rude and refused to refund my $30 which I was charged. When I called to speak to the manager she was dismissive and continued to accuse me of taking the hairdryer and asked if I inspected the room when I arrived. I wasted a lot of my time dealing with this staff and would definitely not recommend this location.

I wanted to like this place. But the customer service is terrible. Absolutely awful employees.

The rooms are functional. The price was ok. But only stay here if you are OK being treated like an animal.

Ps to management - I stayed with a friend. I wasn't on the reservation. Oddly enough I'm still a human though so a little bit of decency should be on the docket.

Exceptional. We arrived at 230am and the security guard was there to greet us and ensure we had a safe and secure parking spot as we had gear on top of our vehicle. The parking lot is semi closed off with a gate and felt very safe. The late night squad was super on top of stuff and swiftly checked us in. We were impressed with this little place. Everything worked perfectly and it was newly renovated and updated with small details that made our stop seamless. Internet connectivity and workstation setup was super solid, including good lobby space for additional workzones. Everyone that worked there was clearly doing their best.

This hotel isn’t like the pictures they show. The room was run down. Paint was chipping, door was dirty, rooms were small. It’s also right off of a busy loud street

Hotel was clean and easy check in! We stayed on the 4th floor. The room was spacious but it was a little weird not to have a closet and only a pole with hangers. The bed was comfortable but pillows are pretty thin. It was nice to be able to open the window for some fresh air. Water pressure wss GREAT! Something I notice after traveling. The soap and lotion smelled great! Breakfast was pretty good. The pancakes were pretty good and fun making with one wave of your hand!

This hotel is at best a 3 star hotel with a 5 star price. The 2 queen beds on the second floor was very small and had a view of a wall of the building next to it. We checked in on a Teusday our room was $228, no pool, the snack prices we outrageous $15 for 3 items, the parking lot was full and no alternative places to park close. We saw maybe 5 or 6 other people there. The service and cleanliness are excellent but not worth what we paid. The bare essentials were available in our room but no information on any services or businesses one might need while traveling. I hate to say this but I would not recommend this hotel for your traveling needs and I won't be returning to Tru Hilton in Lathrop, Ca.

Nice staff and clean place, but whoever designed and branded this to be suitable for people who travel often was obviously smoking crack. Vinyl wood floors in a hotel room, do you drink glue for breakfast? One of the worst times sleeping I've ever had.
