Josselyn was amazing for all of our special trips this year! We found her agency online and decided to give it a shot, we were not disappointed in the slightest. Josselyn is attentive to detail and has an abundance of information on so many places around the globe. It was a pleasure working with her for my bachelorette cruise and our amazing honeymoon trip. I have always been skeptical about travel agents but I found Ms.Josselyn off of a tik tok she posted, so I decided to take a chance. From the very start she was very informative and was very attentive to our needs, wants, and most of all budget. She gave us different options to choose from and not once made you feel rushed or pressured into anything you weren’t comfortable with. Once the destination was set and the deposit was paid she broke down a payment plan which you could pay however you would like by the final payment. She gave us all the info needed well before the trip and the week of just in case we forgot. We had some bumps with our room in the beginning but she was literally on call via a text email or phone call away and was quickly resolved. Overall visiting Dominican Republic was an unforgettable experience and I am currently booking my next trip with her so 10/10 must recommend!!

We had the most amazing experience with Josselyn at TTE! I absolutely dread arranging travel plans and in the thick of wedding planning, the last thing I wanted to do was try to book our honeymoon myself. We met with Josselyn via phone call and told her what we were hoping for with our honeymoon - she did the rest! From flights, to transportation to & from the airport, to the resort/room/etc, she did it all! We had a slight hiccup when the airline changed layover times and were worried we wouldn’t make our connection - she took care of it all within minutes!
