Smoothies have been watery. Hardly any flavor, I get the PB Cup extra PB and can barely taste the PB. I get the dilla as well and they literally left half of it empty. Is it too hard to fill up the whole tortilla. There is atleast 2 inches of tortilla. Where is the meat and cheese?

When I walked in three employees were there. One was working the window and two were in the back. No one acknowledged me for nearly 10 mins. I was just getting ready to walk out when the gentleman working the window took my order. The food was good but the customer service is extremely poor.

I've been going to this location since 2011 and it is fantastic! I normally get an Acai Berry Boost smoothie or a Lean Machine smoothie along with a Buffalo Chicken wrap. This time, I decided to go with a Chipotle Chicken Club Flatbread and it was delicious! The staff are always courteous and the dining area is always clean as well. They also have a drive-thru at this location which is very convenient.

I LOVE this place so much that I got my kids started! The Pomegranate Plunge is my absolute favorite! The Peanut Butter Cup is always amazing too! Definitely planning to try their food soon! Love the fact that it's low calorie and made with nonfat yogurt, so any smoothie can be used as a low calorie meal replacement!♡

This place would be great if they changed a few things.

It's too expensive. They changed the cookies to a cheaper version. Too salty food. They need to answer the phone more. Smoothies are mostly ice to make it cheaper. Some of the sides are free and some aren't but they don't really tell you which ones.

I have been to this particular establishment twice and this was the last time! We sat in drive thru this time and the same girl sat there on her phone texting and looking at us and never came to the window. Sad because I love the Enterprise establishment they are Great.

Where ave all the managers gone? Crunch time, 1:30 PM, many cars in que in parking lot and front lobby being swept as two guests wait for service and another employee mopping back area....!! 35 minutes to wait in line to get two smoothies....then to be handed wrong ones, Oops!! Then two more incorrect smoothies...then, finally manager called over & solved the issue by simply writing the name of my order on each container...Problem solved and have a nice day.....

They need a faster staff or more staff. It took 10 minutes to get someone to take my order mind you I came inside because i thought it would be quicker than the drive thru. Once our order was placed the worker said it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait on the smoothies. That's something that should have been said before I paid for my order not after.There was a like of 6 behind me and 2 people left because of the wait time. I understand you have to make the smoothies but there should be a better system in place to make it go faster. They lost on 2 sales in the 10 minutes I was there. I was very disappointed in one of my families favorite places. The staff today move like molasses.
