We had to deal with AAA Resort Rentals for an AirBnB stay. They made a huge error and gave us the key/entry to the wrong house - we didn't realize since the rooms looked similar. After unloading/unpacking 3 car loads and staying there for 2+hours, they came and said we were in the wrong house and we had to hurry up and get out! Our family of 10+ guests already packed the fridge with our food/supplies and even started cooking dinner and eating! On top of this, Beth and Diane were yelling at us to get out. Diane went as far as using profanity towards us - instead of trying to help find a solution and make things right. It was beyond ridiculous. They made us feel like criminals. Horrible customer service with no regards to the customer. I hope the owners who hired them to manage their house are aware of who they're dealing with. Bad PR for AAA Resort Rentals for sure.

Great Cabins, and friendly staff. When we arrived at our cabin we noticed a window was open and there was some water damage, the Philippina women who attended us at check was very nice and offered to move us cabins, but we where already unpacked and it was going to be too much of a hassle. The cabin was spacious and well kept. The only downside I have experienced was that two weeks later I got a call concerning a remote missing from the cabin... two week later mind you. Don’t they check the cabins as soon as we leave. It was pretty rediculous because we took our time to place everything back in its place and clean throughly. I would still recommend coming here, great price and amazing location. If your wondering how long they take on returning your deposit.... an enternity, so be prepared to wait. I still haven’t received my deposit back lol, no big deal for me, but for others I can see this being a problem.

RUN - They do not know what they are doing.

I thought I was being scammed, and actually had to look up the business to be sure. There are way too many discrepancies with their hours, location and operations. In addition, they collected information from me and somehow misplaced it? When asked to produce the information, it was not mine! I asked for an explanation and never head back. They are extremely incompetent and poor communicators. Use literally anyone else. You will be happier for it.

The staff was polite and helpful. I asked a lot of questions and always got an answer in a timely manner. We will be planning are Next mountain vacation with them.
