Upon my recent visit to a local eatery that specializes in a fusion of Asian cuisines, I had the pleasure of indulging in two of their standout dishes: Chicken Teriyaki and Korean Youk Gae Jang. This culinary experience was nothing short of exceptional, leaving an indelible mark on my palate and compelling me to share my experience. The Chicken Teriyaki was a symphony of flavors, perfectly balancing the sweet and savory notes that the dish is renowned for. The chicken was cooked to perfection—succulent and tender, with a glossy, caramelized glaze that was a testament to the chef's expertise in mastering the art of teriyaki. Each bite was a delightful journey through a landscape of taste, harmoniously combining the umami-rich soy sauce with the subtle sweetness of mirin and sugar, and a hint of ginger that added a refreshing zing.Equally impressive was the Korean Youk Gae Jang, a spicy beef soup that is a staple in Korean cuisine. This dish was a comforting embrace in a bowl, with its rich, hearty broth that was both spicy and deeply savory. The beef was exquisitely tender, falling apart at the slightest touch, and the medley of vegetables and scallions added a fresh, vibrant layer to the dish. The soup's fiery red color, courtesy of the generous use of Korean chili flakes, promised heat, and it delivered just that—a satisfying warmth that was invigorating yet not overpowering, perfectly complemented by the earthy flavors of the mushrooms and the aromatic garlic and sesame oil. What elevated the dining experience was the palpable warmth and hospitality exuded by the owner. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness added a personal touch that made the meal even more enjoyable. It was evident that they put their heart into not only the food they served but also the overall dining experience, creating an inviting atmosphere that made you feel right at home.In conclusion, my visit to this restaurant was a remarkable culinary adventure that showcased the rich flavors and comforting warmth of Asian cuisine. The Chicken Teriyaki and Korean Youk Gae Jang were both stellar in their execution, each dish a reflection of the chef's skill and passion for their craft. Coupled with the owner's gracious hospitality, the entire experience was nothing short of perfect. My rating for this unforgettable dining experience is unequivocally 5 out of 5 stars. I left with a content heart and a promise to myself to return, eager to explore more of their exquisite offerings.

육개장이 진국입니다. 한국에서도 육개장 많이 먹어보았지만 제가 갔던 어느곳보다도 여기 육개장이 더 맛있었습니다!

Love the Chicken Teriyaki with Veggie Yakisoba! Easily the best I've had so far.
Veggies are cooked lightly leaving a delicious crisp that pairs beautifully with the soft noodles. Adding the Chicken Teriyaki on top just sweetens the deal with protein and more delicious teriyaki flavors.
Unlike some Asian style cuisine places, you can't expect to spend $30 and feed a family of 4, however, it has yet to compare taste wise to anything I've had from the Tri-Cities area up to Sunnyside. (Or out of state, for that matter.)
Couldn't recommend this meal enough!

Great price and variety. The chicken katsu is to die for! Available on Uber Eats for delivery. Sweet little neighborhood spot, not classy, but just right for an afternoon out with the family.

BEST TERIYAKI IN TRICITIES! Reminds me of Seattle Teriyaki. The owners are amazing humans who give their best to the food and service they provide.

Keep these guys in business! They’re a very unappreciated restaurant. But their reviews speak for themselves. They are worth the drive if you’re not on that side of town.
