I gotta give it up to atleast part of the housekeeping crew, this is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. However, I spent four days here during the wildfires helping with relief efforts, careful to wear a mask and looking forward to coming back to the hotel to rest and clean up in the clean air. The housekeepers opened my bathroom window while cleaning and left it that way. My room was full of smog and ashes all over the bathroom and toilet. Really sucked.

The next day they cleaned my room, they left me with zero towels and zero toilet paper 🫠

Insult to injury, 10pm to 6am tonight, guests were screaming, fighting, slamming doors, throwing sh#1+ off the balcony. Staff could not be bothered to do anything about it.

Never again.

Nice accomodation. We stayed for one night. They made it possible for us to go into our room 2 hours before the booking actually started and we could leave our luggage there on the next day.

First time in LA and this hotel did NOT disappoint. The customer service was awesome and the rooms were very clean and smelled amazing. I highkey recommend this hotel to other people! I will be definitely be coming back especially since it’s super close to SOFI Stadium!

Close to LAX Airport. Reasonable rate, clean enough. Area feels dodgy with lots of people parking and staying in the carpark area just below the rooms. This is a motel style property.

Racist Racist Racist…. The I assume Indian lady at front desk took about 30mins to check me in after I just booked online a hour b4 I came. She was doing a lot of checking even called my phone just to verify it was me SMH. Upon checking out she asked me was I smoking, but I noticed she didn’t ask the Indian lady ahead me lol during my stay first night ppl upstairs stomping all night, the tv stop working that night and again off an on the next day. got ppl sitting in cars watching everybody walk back to there rooms definitely no privacy SMH. It’s a problem for me because I’m a single mom with kids, but the house keeping was great. I only went there because it was cheaper than others plus u can pay cash for a deposit, but cheaper is not always good obviously and I definitely won’t be going back. Privacy & good customer service is a big deal for me

good 👍 is exactly what we needed, decently sized room with washroom, microwave, and mini fridge. good parking space within hotel lot and allowed us to check in early and held our bags after checkout - really appreciated that. interesting smells sometimes so i suggest ventilating the room well.
