We had an awesome breakfast here. It's a little diner that does good food for a good price--nothing fancy but good. My breakfast burrito was hilariously huge and very tasty. They offer decaf coffee, which is also a plus for me. We will be back!

Great place to eat. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was great. It has a great small diner feel. The wait also remembered me from a week ago.

I'll start with Cactus Grill. Cactus was what this place used to be and was easily top 3 restaurants in lake county. This place isn't top 3 in the county. That being said this place is still good. Good variety of items that you would expect to see plus some extras. Reason I have no hesitation to give a 5? Service is fantastic. Attentive and clearly they want to make sure you enjoy your meal. Is it the best bacon and eggs ever? No, probably not, but I'd recommend this place any day of the week.

Alright so 2 updates. A couple weeks ago somehow had the most bland bacon I've ever had. I'm not sure how that's even accomplished but it was weird. Went tonight though and got the shrimp Alfredo. It wasnt a 5* but I've had several pastas lately that I left mediocre reviews for but this finally hit the spot.

Didn't have to wait for a table. Ordered a bacon burger, well done, no cheese, with a side of onion rings. Burger was well done and not at all dry. Onion rings were on point. But the burger... Man, oh, man. Served open face, juicy, so delicious. Service was excellent. Will definitely come back again.

I normally go to main street for fresh biscuits and gravy but main street closed so I tried Trejo's, the biscuits n gravy wasn't the worst I ever had but the biscuits weren't really fresh made and I had to salt n pepper the gravy because it was kind of bland. The service was great and the atmosphere was great, I just probably won't go back for biscuits and gravy. I will go back and try something else though.
Updated to 5 stars, got their bacon cheeseburger and fries today from doordash and the bacon was cooked perfect, the ghost pepper cheese is unique and really made the burger pop, the fries were hot and fresh. This might be my new favorite meal and restaurant.

A quaint, little restaurant just off the main drag. Couldn't find much about it online other than still open on a Sunday night. Drove over to the location, not any signage so was difficult to determine this was the right spot. The dark parking lot could use some lighting. Was raining pretty well so we were scrambling to find the front door which was not clearly identified. Upon entering we were the only folks there and 4-5 men gathered around the kitchen area. We picked our seat and in short order a gentleman came and took our drink order. My iced tea was flavorful and full of ice exactly how I like it. We ordered an appetizer calamari it came quickly and was tender and tasty. We were somewhat nervous as the menu photos of food did not show it in a good light. I order the ribs and my wife ordered the fish and chips. My salad arrived it was on a small plate it was chilled it came with lots of different types of toppings like olives, beets and onions . The blue cheese was good and the salad was crisp and cool. My wife had ordered the macaroni salad and made the comment that this must be homemade as it tasted excellent. Our dinner plates arrived, good portions hot, and presented well. They kept our drinks constantly refilled and checked on our table consistently throughout the night making sure we weren't needing anything. The ribs were good and the meat fell off the bone, the baked potato was cooked perfectly, the fish batter was crisp and not soggy and the fish had a good flavor not heavily fishy. The server was friendly efficient and had good dialogue. Definitely a place we visit again went in the area.
