This is a great spot to pop when if you’re a coming from out of town. You can get some nice bbq sandwiches (certain days) & some coffee.

I got the brisket sandwich. It was literally just meat (I ain’t complaining.) It was a lot of lean meat but still good. The pulled pork had better flavor.

The atmosphere was really nice, felt like a cozy lobby of a nice hotel. They had a nice seating area in the back & even a play area for kids.

Very overpriced, as is everything in Lake Tahoe, so I take that into consideration. $11 on a breakfast sandwich and $4.75 on a regular hot coffee. The sandwich was very disappointing and the coffee was okay, but not hot at all. I had to heat it up myself at home.
I love coffee so I asked if there were any choices, such as a medium blend or a bolder blend. The woman taking my order simply did not understand what I was asking and the way that she responded was extremely off putting.

For the price, quality of food and the service, I would just make the drive to the Old Post Office for breakfast. I have lived here for two years and I think quality and customer service varies everywhere, but this was very disappointing and I don’t see myself returning.

Had breakfast and coffee here for the first time and I'm happy I found such a cool spot. Food was great, coffee was perfect, and the service was truly awesome. Numi at the register was the best. Looked like she was by herself but holding it down with style and grace. Will come back for sure.

Came here to grab coffee to help myself survive the drive out of Tahoe, and everything about this place was the pick-me-up that I didn't know I needed. I ordered a spinach and ricotta croissant and an iced matcha latte, and I stayed and ate inside because the plants, cases of lego sets, smiles, and general vibes made for a really relaxing morning. If you're looking to grab a breakfast to get through a long day, make sure to check this place out!

Service was great, cashier was super friendly, coffee was flavorful, croissants were nice and flakey. Chocolate in the sweet croissant was kind of jelly-like which I didn't love, but I'd just do only the butter one next time. Great stop in the morning for coffee and a snack!

Smoked tri-tip burrito is a 10/10. Hands down the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. Smoked in house. Service was superb. Would recommend 100%

Highlight of our week up in Kings Beach! Sam who was working was so incredibly friendly and nice. We loved our morning walk there that we came back the next day to do some work. We'll always keep Tree House Cafe on our list to visit when we're up in Tahoe!
