Don’t do it! First they put out flights that don’t exist looking like an Expedia or Priceline, once you think you have booked ur flight and they have ALL of your info they send a email saying your booking is “pending” (which it’s not bc the flights listed don’t exist) so when you call to see what’s going on they say that flight isn’t available but I have this one (for twice as much) but it was better flight times than I was able to find on my own or so I thought so I booked, big mistake. They booked us on the correct flight there but then put us on a completely different flight than they sold us returning. This flight had a 5 hour layover and left 4 hours earlier. I was so confused when I got my check in emails from southwest so I called them directly and they said that I had never been booked on the flight Travolie sold me and there were no other flights, my family was stuck flying for 13 hours with zero options. Go directly to the airline, this is not a reputable company. I would give zero stars if i could.

Worst decision I have made booking with this scam of a company. I had booked with them for my trip in Feb/March. The person working there named David. He was nice however, he had promised me the dates I had picked and told me everything was booked. I had all my accomadations set in place for those exact dates I asked for. The booking confirmation came in as normal (scam looking email though) and so my family and I continued on our way like normal. Just recently we got a text, no email (not even from the airline) saying how our flight was changed where we were leaving one day before and coming back home a day after. this completely messes up my accommodations and we now have to spend double what we spent for last minute accommodations. we spoke to both the agency AND the airline where we found out that we had always been booked for those dates that we apparently ‘got switched to’ and Alex who is in management at the scam agency “travolie” told me that the AIRLINE was lying to us and we should just “enjoy our vacation spend what we have to and come home to deal with everything after” the most scam resolution I have ever heard of. They then said they could only give us 50 dollars in CREDIT for next time we book with them as if we will ever do that again. they lied, were rude, and absolutely no help. I have all the emails from both the scam agency and the well known airline showing me exactly when it was booked and how the original booking is. I was going to recommend this to the other 6 families who we were going on this trip with, but not anymore. I will never book with them again. will never recommend. I advise everyone to NEVER book with Travolie.

SCAM ALERT!!!!! When I booked my flights through travolir with all my credit card information and address details, they sent me an email saying " your booking is pending". After 5 days they are sending me another email asking me to confirm a flight with 3times more expensive price. When I called them, they are saying my flights were not available. Now I cannot book a flight because all the flight prices have already skyrocketed. I dealth with a person named Skylar White, which I think also is a fraud name. DO NOT fall for their tricks.

DO NOT TRUST. This site is a scam. Stole credit information, never paid for flight. They'll sell you a ticket. Call you back, saying the flight is overbooked say your reservation was denied and try to sell you on a more expensive flight. Parents had to cancel their credit card to prevent fraud. This site is a scam, please don't fall for it.

SCAM!!!!!!When it's too good to be true probably is. I attempted to buy a ticket and I went through and then 5 minutes later. I received an email saying oh no prices went up and that what I just purchased is no longer relevant. Then they tried giving me an alternate which was like $200 more. No,just say no!!

Don't ever make anything with them. Always calling you back to tell you your tickets no longer available and if you want some, they almost double up the price. If you wanna cancel, they charge you 75$USD a piece. DON'T GO THIS PLACE
