Jenya is a pleasure to work with. She is very responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I felt very comfortable knowing that all the reservations were made in safe and clean locations and there was no pressure at all to spend more than I was comfortable with. I’ve never used a travel agent to book a family trip until I met Jenya through our local mom group. Planning a big family trip can be so stressful and time consuming. With Jenya, it was an stress-free experience. Jenya was prompt, thorough and amazing to work with. We had someone from the group cancel last minute but Jenya went above and beyond to make sure we were refunded and made the necessary changes without any issue. We are going on a first big family trip after having kids and I am looking forward it because Jenya made sure everything lined up from flight and airport shuttle and hotel booking.
