Our room was a pet friendly room and it was very dirty. The sink was backed up and filthy. The outside of the refrigerator was dirty and had fingerprints on it. The bathroom floor has brown stains that came up when I wiped it. The fridge made a loud whining sound so we had to unplug it. The bed was good. Perhaps the regular rooms are cleaner? You pay more for pet friendly so the simple cleaning protocols should be followed.

Excellent service. Everything we could have asked for. Great service, comfortable bed " with full pillows". Shower and television were above par. The breakfast was average but very good. Something for everyone. My wife and I had an easy, enjoyable experience. We only stopped for the night on our way to Tennessee and ive been inspired enough to answer the review.

Our room was large and clean., and near the dog walk area for our furbaby. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast offered many choices from waffles to hard boiled eggs to cold cereal or yogurt, just to name a few. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to travelers.

Convenient location just off of I-81. Clean room, adequate continental breakfast, within walking distance of Cracker Barrel. Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Well lit parking lot. Close to gas stations. Have stayed here several times.

My room was clean and had everything needed. The bed was comfy. There was a room safe, and microwave and fridge. The bathroom was clean and included shampo and small hand soap. The continental breakfast was standard, but fit the bill. The only downside of the place is that later in the day there were some undesirable smells in the halls. I would stay again. If the need arises.

The staff were incredibly helpful. The room we had was very nice. The bed was great! The hotel's common facilities were well taken care and attractive. I would definitely stay there again. Their WiFi was very strong.

The reception at the front desk was terrific. The room was very nice and clean. Recommendations for restaurant was spot on. Continental breakfast. Low cost pet fees. We'll go back next drive south!

The bed was so comfy and the extra pillows made the bed perfect. The view was beautiful. Everyone was very friendly. We had a fire place. Breakfast was Alright would of preferred a better variety of food and drinks. Hot chocolate would of been nice. Husband Loved the coffee it was Folgers. Husband would of Preferred a removeable shower head
