Positive: Safety. Very few other lodgers so no others near my room. I was able to get a ground floor room. Quiet stay. Negative: Almost everything. Check-in clerk was rude and demanded unnecessary items (such as a debit card). I worried about unauthorized charges to the debit card. At checkout, that clerk was nice and gave me the copy of the debit card without checking the room.

Worst customer service experience while checking into a motel. Also one of the most unclean rooms I’ve experienced. The Indian guy (owner) didn’t even greet me, was unfriendly, and lacked people skills. He thinks he doesn’t need to show good customer service. I being mature and polite still greeted him even though he was rude and annoying to talk to. It’s day time but he used the outside window to check me in when the office door should be open. He scanned my ID and then forgot to give it back to me. He called me in my room and told me I forgot my ID. Clearly shows the lack of taking responsibility for one’s mistakes. My room had hair next to the sink. The glass mirrors had water marks all over it. The shower head and sink is full of watermarks and calcium deposit. My towel had a weird orange stain on it. The bed cover blanket had weird stains. The counter had nasty dried substance on it. How does the cleaner not see any of this or why ignore it. See photos as proof all this happened here.

This place needs new ownership, new management & a new cleaning staff. Travelodge, start caring about your brand name before you go bankrupt. I should have expected this. This is the one of the worst places I have stayed at. The worst one was also a Travelodge. This will be my last stay with Wyndham & Travelodge. Canceling my Wyndham credit card.

Shower was disgusting and drain was clogged. Requested maintenance early morning. Came back in the late evening and wasn’t fixed. All the outlets are so old that you couldn’t plug anything in without the plug falling out. 40 dollar deposit cash only upon checking in. Security lock missing. This pictures of the hotel online is false advertisement. Stay away at all costs!!!!!!!!!

The place feels very dirty. Bathtub is yellow stained and so are the shower curtains (yellow and moldy). It also smelled dirty, so did the bed sheets. The outlets are lose I couldn’t even charge my phone, had to use the outlet by the bathroom. There is roaches as well.

Great place knowledgeable staff convenient open available parking close nearby restaurants and shopping for the entire universe I have to say. This time of year it was foggy a few days making it easier to stay at the hotel and enjoy the comforts provided by the franchise their 👍 Great!

This hotel was horrible. When you pull up you see alot of trash and homeless. I booked over the phone and was told there would be a $40 deposit that I could pay with cash or card. When i arrived a very rude man told me I could only pay $40 cash. I dont carry cash on me so he told me to go to the store next door which I ended up having to pay another $8 in fees to pull money out. I paid the deposit and the man rudely gave me my room key and said my room would be around the corner. My room was on 2nd floor so as I was walking up there stairs I couldn't help but notice the drug paraphernalia under the stairs. I get to my room to find what looked like a fairly recently used room. There was open soaps on the counter and in the bathtub. In the garbage was a toothbrush box, a open condom box and used condoms. The room had alot of needed repairs such as fixing the hole in the bath tub. This hotel needs to be torn down. I am surprised the health dept has not been in there with violations. I would not recommend anyone staying here. Absolutely disgusting!
