I knew when I booked the room not to have high expectations as we just needed the room for a quick place to rest after a wedding. When we initially arrived I was glad to see that the room was renovated. However, the futon on the room was completely disgusting. There was no way we could sit on it. Also, the walls are paper thin. It feels like the guests above you are going to fall through the ceiling. During our visit, the couple on the room next to us were arguing to the point where it seems dangerous so we
did notify the front desk twice. I would recommend taking your money elsewhere.

Positive: "" Negative: Hotel room was supposed to be renovated. It has new floors, paint. Our room was supposed to be non-smoking. But smelled of smoke. Sheets and towels were not clean. Walls were thin and heard tv, people and pets in the next room.

It's a motel. It's cheap. The room isn't great, there's no real outlets next to the bed. The bed itself shifts a lot. Sound travels through the walls easily. I had to make two reservations because they didn't save my first one. After that, they tried checking me out early because they didn't make the second reservation correctly. Small fridge and microwave available. Wifi had intermittent issues with connection. It's right near the center of town, though, so you are close to food, restaurants, and groceries.

Read the reviews before booking!! Booked a 2 night stay and due to the room/staff left within 2 hours of arrival. Tweakers everywhere, and not kid friendly at all.

Travelers beware of the "newly renovated" photos. Did I mention cockroaches? Seriously book somewhere else.

Great hotel! Rooms are clean and the staff is nice. Have been coming to Hanford a lot and been staying here every time we come. I had an issue and they were able to move me to another room right away. They don’t have breakfast but that’s here or there.

The only thing I wasn't ok with was that she photo-graphed my CA DL. She didn't even ask and on top of that. Hours before I had already submitted my DL online when I decided to do everything before I got there so why did she scan and photocopy my ID? Again? I didn't appreciate that surprise I won't be staying there again nor do I recommend it. It just appeared to me that was not a good experience. Her reply was in case I made any damages? That just didn't sit well with me at all.

Great little hotel, good prices, recently renovated and clean rooms, front desk staff are very nice, and house keeping does a wonderful job cleaning during the week. Haven’t seen an elevator though so if the first floor is booked out then this isn’t the place for people with difficulties with stairs but otherwise this hotel is great!

Positive: The hotel is very clean the room is large. Really like the room decor the bed is comfortable like the shutters on the window. The pool area is very clean and the picnic area is clean and nice. Negative: . There is no lounge chairs in the pool area, there is one table, two chairs, one umbrella that needs to be replace. Lemoore gets vary hot during the summer months
