Good location with shops and restaurants around the area. The Airport Shuttle was quick and efficient. As airline crew, it's great to have a fridge and microwave for our meals. The Bed was comfortable and had a great restful sleep during the day to work my international flight at midnight.

We stayed one night. It is very close to the LAX and hence a convenient place to stay if you are transiting. The free airport shuttle is very useful. The room ( I think it was 317 - on the ground floor, separate unit down the path ) was spacious and well furnished. Bathroom is also adequate, only problem was the tap kept running in the bath while the shower was switched on. We did not have time to complaint the desk about it but I hope they will repair it.

Room and location are fine, service is awful. We were told the airport shuttle would come every hour on the hour. We unfortunately missed the 3pm shuttle (which we called ahead to say) as per traffic and arrived back at the hotel at 3:20pm. Once back we alerted staff we were in the joining room and ready for the 4pm shuttle whenever it got here. 4:10pm and still no sign of a shuttle, we asked the reception staff…who then made a phone call. They said it would be “another 15 minutes.” When we voiced our frustration with this (as we need to catch a flight) and the lack of communication the staff at the counter simply told us “we missed the 3pm one and would be waiting anyway” no apology, no offer of any assistance at all. Very unimpressed

I have many things to say about this hotel. Great location, great prices, and great housekeeping services! HOWEVER, tonight on Friday, February 14th 2025 at approximately 11 pm I needed a new room key because the one I had kept showing red and not letting me in. I then proceeded to carry my luggage to the front desk, nicely asked the receptionist to fix my room key after showing her my ID. She then proceeded to give me a new key that ALSO didn't work. I go back AGAIN to the front desk receptionist for her to try it again. For the second time it doesn't work. I had a friend in the room let me in thankfully. I will be contacting management regarding this receptionist's attitude during the entire process. Management needs to focus on hiring better front desk in the evenings.

We stayed here overnight for an early flight. Choose a different hotel!!!! I’m not a picky person and this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. It is just gross. The staff isn’t helpful at all. My daughter was sick and I simply asked for an extra blanket and pillow for her and they just said they don’t have any.. so rude. The room was dirty. If I could give zero stars, I would. We used our points and it was quite a few so I assumed the hotel would be ok. Not a complete dive. Super unhappy guest. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name on this place

Beds were comfortable, shower was decent. Floors were sorta sticky (gross) but I think it's the laminate flooring they chose as opposed to residual bodily fluids. Sorta rough around the edges, a whole in the ceiling, etc, but nothing too gross.

My main complaint is this: I booked this room specifically for its proximity to LAX and the free shuttle. However, upon check-in, the next morning's shuttle was completely booked. I had to take an Uber - pretty annoying.

Good location close to the airport. Nice big, clean room. Scan QR code for in-room dining- breakfast, lunch & dinner. Looked like decent food. This is a motel, hotel room doors are outdoors facing the parking lot.

Things to note:
I booked this hotel for the free early morning shuttle to LAX. When I checked in, the 5am shuttle was full. I had to pay $23 to take an Uber. Recommend you book the shuttle to the airport as soon as you book the hotel. Starts at 5am, every hour.

There were elephants bowling on the 2nd floor above my room. I recommend you book a 2nd floor room if noise bothers you. Not sure if there is an elevator.

You can’t adjust the temperature in the room. Mine room was cold. Call the front desk to help adjust the temp.

Great rates for a clean, well appointed, spacious room! It has a "motel" look to the exterior, but the interior is nicely appointed with all the comforts of a hotel--including microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/moisturizer dispensers built in. They also have room darkening shades and nice TVs. Great location nearby to LAX with reliable complimentary shuttle service, via text. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.
