Had the absolute WORST experience. I wanted to book a room over the phone and I was given a price of $67. They had asked for my credit card info and I told them I’d be more comfortable just coming in person and paying there. I had made sure to ask them if it’s still gonna be $67 even when I walk in and they said yes. Upon driving an hour to reach, I was told walk in is $80. I was like okay fine just give me a clean room. First room I walk into there are stains on the beds and even worse, blood stains on the sheets. I went back to the lobby and requested to change the room. After that I went into the new room and guess what. It smelled horrible and there were also stains on the sheets and even the pillows. Stayed for a span of max 5 min before I went back and got my refund. Will never even think about coming back to this filthy hole.

Location was convenient to the Fairplex. Highway traffic was audible constantly and hotel “guests” walked through the parking lot frequently.

Room was nice at first glance…drawers and refrigerator has items from past guests and something appeared to have been spilled all over the bathroom walls at some point.

May stay again for convenience but not a destination

Unfortunately not the best. Double charged upon check-in despite showing them I already paid - this was fixed later the same night but it still meant my bank account was out an extra $80 for a few days. Room was kind of meh with cigarette smoke permeating through the corridors, and I felt the need to ensure my room door was secure. Convenient for the freeway but that's about it.

Horrible experience!! Someone tried to enter our room in the middle of the night, Someone was playing very loud music outside our room. I saw a cockroach in the room, there was hair in the bathtub when we first arrived. No ice machine, I was told by clerk at front desk to get ice next door at the store. I was. Charged a $50 cash deposit when I checked in and clerk tried to give me $45 at check out. The room was beyond fithy and smelled of smoke. Lots of homeless and hookers where everywhere outside. This place is disgusting. I will never stay at a Travelodge again.

Stayed 1 night during Thanksgiving holiday. Sounds like a race track(next to the freeway) There were always people hanging outside. Most partying people or crack heads. Not a place to rest. The room was horrible. Just like other said. No phone no remote control no hangers no hair dryer . Just nothing. The towels was super hard and dirty. Zero stars ⭐️.

We checked into our room last night. Stains on the walls and sheets, no fitted sheet on the bed, no towels to dry our hands with, and only a single sheet on top of the bed to sleep under.

Going to try to get things fixed today, but the lack of care is a little absurd in my opinion.

I used 15k Wyndham pts for my free stay, but the cash rate was also reasonable (I think total $115 for nite of 12/14/24). Room 211 was renovated and had everything I need: good WiFi, microwave, fridge. Staff were friendly and easy parking. Neighborhood is a little barren but I had no problems getting Uber. Look forward to coming back.

I tried to help a homeless person by letting them stay in my room. The manager said the room smelled and I had to check out the next morning. I was going to buy the homeless person new clothing,let them shower and help them anyway I could. Unfortunately the manager wasn't as compassionate as me. I believe in helping the less fortunate. I tried to tell him I would have my guest toss their dirty clothes away and pay for all damage to the room
Unfortunately he was heartless. It makes me sad,the world we live in today. I would have paid for a new bed,whatever .I understand it's a business but I wanted to help someone in need. Like I said I would have paid extra for cleaning or a bed whatever . I travel frequently. I've had homeless people stay with me at more upscale hotels with no problem . I'm just sad because of this. Why can't people have compassion.
