The hotel is budget friendly for travellers, a very affordable lodging. It has a great location downtown close to Everett Station. The staff members are friendly and willing to help you out. It is at a busy intersection with a lot of traffic but the heater's fan being on filtered out the noise.

Why is this hotel only a 3.2 I had zero problems/issues. My husband and I stayed here two nights to see Brantley Gilbert LIVE, and this place was accidentally perfect for what we needed! It's in the middle of food, gas, and a seven minute walk to where we had to check in at for the concert. The only thing I didn't like was how small the bathroom is, but that's more of a personal thing because I've been spoiled with bigger bathrooms all my life 😂 So thanks so much for the stay!! Was perfect.

The location sucks, but I knew it does because of the low price. So I didn't expect much. The service was great! They sell snacks in the lobby, which I like.

The staff was very friendly. The room was not a horrible price. I will say, for the type of place it is and where it's located, I was extremely impressed with how clean it was. And the shower was the best hotel shower ever, good temperature, good water pressure, nice big shower head and it was taller than average, actually had an s bend in the pipe to raise it up. Very convenient.

Unfortunately, I don't know if it was just what was going on that night or if it was one of the other guests or if it's just the area it's in, or just paranoia, but we felt our vehicle was in danger and left halfway through the night. Maybe some cameras in the parking lot or an automated gate that takes a passcode you get during check-in would take care of the (quite possibly imagined) feeding frenzy it felt like was about to happen when we fell asleep.

The motel is on a very busy street so there is a lot of street noise in the room. The rooms are in serious need of a renovation. The furniture is very worn, broken lampshade, sink did not drain well, and there is a funky smell in the room. On the positive side, the parking was free and the arena was walking distance from the motel and there is a small fridge in the room.
